Residence Inn by Marriott Philadelphia Conshohocken reviews
14Simple, nice place. The breakfast is more than adequate. Nice front desk people that were very helpful.
The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was nice. The bathtub in my accessible room wasn’t exactly accessible. Ideally it would have no lip at all but aside from that I had a good stay
Rooms are great. The look and feel is fresh. Quite comfortable with amenities to quickly cook something even. However the biggest letdown is their breakfast. Despite the mention you hardly find anything palatable to eat so plan to defly carry something with you and not be dependent on their in house breakfast spread.
Disgusting. Oven had not been cleaned in months. Dishwasher had not been cleaned in months. There were no plates, no forks, hardly any silverware. No pots or pans. This is supposed to be a RESIDENCE Inn. Bizarre setup with front desk on second floor. Do not stay here!
Everyone from front desk to lobby were incredible. They made sure I had everything. Breakfast was comprehensive and the breakfast area is huge. Even had fresh fruit. The train station is outside the front (few blocks down). Had a front room, the train was quiet, apparently they put in great windows
Beautiful Residence Inn. About 30 minutes away from downtown Philly. Walking distance to many restaurants and pubs. Rooms are spacious. Staff is professional and very helpful in giving directions. Love the breakfast options. Two of my colleagues have gluten allergies. Will definitely stay here again.
The service was absolutely terrible! We were treated very poorly. They randomly took out a charge 6 days after our stay and could not speak to why they did so. Called corporate who could not assist. Nonetheless, I am sticking to Hylton on future stays!
This is a good location and the staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is that the wifi is horrible. You cannot get a good connection. If you need that to do work, don't stay here or bring a really good hotspot. The place is a bit dated. Over all impression is underwhelmed.
Was working camera a manhole right outside this hotel and used the restroom. Thanks again.
The location is the biggest perk to this hotel, it is within walking distance to multiple good non-chain restaurants. The shower in the room I was in needed a better shower head. The water stream was to narrow on all settings for a relaxing shower. The water didn't get very hot either.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of thorough cleaning of the room when I was supposed to be checked out. I had to return to the room minutes after checking out to grab forgotten items; the room was already finished being cleaned, but the only towels removed were the obviously used ones. The towels that were above the toilet that I did not unfold were not switched for new. That is gross, lots of toilet use goes on below those towels in six days. The comforter was not changed out either.
Incredibly loud train right next to the hotel. Run down rooms with faulty plumbing. Had to move rooms after two days asking to fix a sink.
The front desk is a MESS! Employees are unprofessional. I was completely ignored when I came in to check into my room. The employee had a horrendous attitude and did not answer me when I asked for directions around the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel as their staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I believe it was Sade that checked us in, and she was an absolute pleasure to communicate with and had great suggestions on food and anything related to Conshohocken! Highly recommend.
The food attendant was very helpful he was very good she was I should say the text people I guess staff were very informative and very professional to make this man was very nice and help me with the exits of unloading my vehicle the hotel was just OK I recommend people to go to other places
