If you're going to stay in the North Shore, this is the place! Hotel staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The room was clean, COVID-19 guidelines followed appropriately. I had a wonderful experience. Also, the view was top notch! We will definitely be returning!

Loved it! Extremely friendly staff. Rooms were clean and nice for a decent price. Will stay here again.

PERFECT LOCATION! The hotel was very clean, friendly staff and they made sure people had their masks on. The pools was open which was nice. Just a 2min wall to the subway. In the area of the football and baseball stadium. Views of the river as well. Walk across the bridge to downtown or the park. Bars, restaurants nearby. Only con is parking was 27 per night
Will definitely stay again

Horrible experience. I’ve visited this hotel twice and both times had some issue. The first night the TV didn’t work at all, they claim to offer Netflix and premium channels and I couldn’t even get the regular TV channels to work. I let it go because it was only a one night stay so I dealt with it. The 2nd time I returned, I had the same issue with the television in a completely different room. This time I called the front desk and they sent maintenance. He fumbled with it for a moment and said they always have this problem and he had to call the cable company. Never got the TV to work during the whole stay. There was a very loud party in the room next door to mine all night long. The front desk had sent someone up numerous times about noise complaints and nothing was ever done about it. I was woken up at 1 in the morning due to the fire alarm going off and we were all told to evacuate the building. We stood outside for over 30 minutes in the rain with no communication before everyone started to enter back in to the hotel. We were never told why the alarm was going off. Two fire trucks appeared to drive past but never stopped. The same alarm went off at 5 in the morning and 9 in the morning. Both times with no explanation of why. I frequent hotels in the Pittsburgh area quite often and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t usually call or complain but I decided to do just that. I called corporate and was never even sent an email from them! Horrible customer service. And I will never recommend or stay here again.

The dirtiest nasty room I have ever stayed in. Apparently the maids swept a pile of socks, food, chips, shoe inserts, Kotex and other items behind the nightstand so disgusting I was nauseated. No towels either. Didn’t clean room until after 2 days.

Perfect location when attending a sporting event in Pittsburgh. Less than 5 min walk to PNC Park and 10 min walk to Heinz Field. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hot breakfast with numerous other options. Only complaint would be the fact there was not a covered loading/unloading area.

Can't beat the location if you're trying to see a game at PNC Park / Heinz Field. Convenient to plenty of food options and some parks in the area. On site parking. Close to downtown. Views were great. Breakfast was delicious. Riverwalk was a few steps away from the front of the hotel. PNC Park is right across the street.

Nice property on Pittsburgh's North Shore. You are a stone's throw from the stadiums, bridges and a number of great restaurants. They have onsite parking and a friendly staff. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are a Steelers fan it's Paradise. If you are not- Wonderland. Location is accessible to everything (no Lyft or Uber neccesary). Good ppl, service, rooms, comfort, city and stay. Marriott delivers. Plain and simple.

We grabbed breakfast with family here. They had no complaints about the rooms and enjoyed the extensive breakfast selection. Biggest concern was parking. Over $20 to get into the lot, or a 10 min drop off area. Frustrating for locals meeting up with guests.

It has great customer service and great food. And it's right down the road from the stealers stadium.

The hotel is in an good location, even though stayed on the 10th floor views are not incredible, but everything downtown Pittsburgh is walking distance from you. You have to pay $27 for parking which is expensive. And as you will see in the picture a praying mantus guards the parking card reader at night. Otherwise the room was clean, modern, had a full size fridge and breakfast was nice as well.

Very clean room which was stocked with all necessities. Beds are pretty much standard compared to other Residence Inns we've stayed in. Only negative was the pullout bed my teenage son had to sleep in. Said it was so bad that he'd rather sleep on the floor, and he did. Otherwise, great downtown location especially if your a Pirate fan. Hotel is located directly behind the baseball stadium. Would stay here again.

Room (and overall hotel) was very nice. Bed was super uncomfortable however. Great location, was near many different attractions and restaurants.

Made same day reservations on Friday night for $140/night. Thought we’d stay another night and the rate for the same room jumped to $522! There aren’t any sporting events going on and it shouldn’t matter how many rooms are left when you determine pricing. Marriott just lost a customer. HILTON HERE I COME!

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh! The pool isn't big, but it serves it's purpose. Great customer service whenever we checked in and out. We were allowed a late checkout, which was nice of them. The rooms are spacious and well maimtained. Their breakfast is one of the best breakfasts included with the rooms.

Great location for a preseason Steelers game. Room was clean and the fold out couch bed was perfect for a 3rd person.

Fantastic location literally right across the street from PNC Park. Also very close walking distance to Heinz Field and Stage AE. Nice rooms (refrigerator, microwave, etc.) and good breakfast buffet included. Friendly service and good mobile app also for room ready alerts. Highly recommend.
