Restaurante Boca Chica, Emmaus PA

Food is overly priced. I ordered a small rice and beans and 1 Alcapurria (which has a sauce on it?) I also ordered 1 beef and cheese pastellio. When I went to pay she said $27 something for that. 27? ! I asked if this was the correct order and as she read it back to me she said the pastellios come in 3s which was not specified over the phone. Overall the pastellios had NO meat and cheese very sad. Would not be eating here ever again.

Service was good, quite place, Food was overpriced. Ordered a t bone steak and did not receive a t bone steak. Gave this place a 3/5 due to the appetizers being the best of the meal.

We ordered two mofongos to take away. When tasting the mofongo it was mangu mixed with flour without flavor and very tasteless. They put a sauce on top of the pork that tasted horrible. Very bad experience regarding

The place was very nice and clean, the customer service was very good. But I ordered a pasta with garlic shrimp and the pasta was very hard, the shrimp the same, and the bread was over seasoned, I really didn't like it, then I ordered a dessert and he felt old. Very rich natural juices…

The strawberry lemonade was delicious tasted fresh, all the food actually tasted fresh we ordered 5 dishes and everyone was food and flavorful. Definitely recommend and they brought everything out within 15 minutes of ordering

The food is good but very expensive and small portions. Two small portions and juice were almost $100. A steakhouse is less expensive with free salad and bread.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. The waitress was lovely and provided very good service. We were there on a 90-degree day. The AC was set to a very warm temperature and she was unable to adjust it. Other than that, the atmosphere was fine. I ordered red snapper and my friend had chicken. Both were overcooked, unfortunately. However, the flan was very good. I would like to see this place succeed, and maybe it was an off night, but I doubt I will be back. Although there was the flan… so maybe just for dessert!

Looks can be deceiving, from the outside doesn't match what you will find inside. The atmosphere was amazing the food was amazing. Great space for gathering. Family oriented restaurant although they did not have a kids menu that can entertain kids like other restaurants. May be on the pricier side then you're in-and-out Dominican restaurants. One thing I will recommend is like a free appetizer while waiting for your food. The restaurant itself was super clean. We'll come again.

Too small app portions for the money, I ordered the pork belly meal with my mungol.side that came with 10 little piece of pork for $20.00. I could have got three times more the same thing in downtown Allentown at Dominican bodego.

Service was excellent. The food was awesome. The lady that waited on us was very nice. Beautiful atmosphere and most importantly to me besides the food is bathroom it was very nice and clean. Sorry but I had to put that in there LOL

I had the opportunity to visit the restaurant with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The place is very nice, the staff very attentive and friendly. Marilyn served us, an excellent, attentive person, she made several suggestions for food and drinks. We loved it. We will be back soon.
