Restore Dispensaries, Philadelphia PA

Obligatory 1 star review for setting up a dispensary in the heart of Philadelphia with no parking lot. I'll never visit this location due to parking.

The guy Scott was very rude and unprofessional defending a more unprofessional employee from restore of you want respect from all employees don’t come to restore! ‍️

I've been going there for about 3 years maybe long. This pass 6 months have be horrible there when it comes to selection. Especially when there running long sales and the items they have on sale aren't even in stock, and then what's in stock I drive the drive to fishtown just to be told their sold out. That should go against the dispensary not the patients since its their mistake. You should price match, that's fair. They have the most point less sale. Out of 6 brands currently since the sale started Monday, I think cresco is the only one that is in stock. So it seriously limits you. Makes no Sense. Your teasing customers. Especially me, a long time customer. I wish you guys will listen. If you ask my opinion yous where top dispensary buy since after the voting a few months back, restore just isn't the same.

Seen better prices and different dispensaries I think the prices are high cuz it's in the middle of the whole fish town is close to different locations even the SugarHouse Casino

They would easily have 5 stars if parking wasn't such a mess. Great staff, great products available, great sales, very clean and safe (inside). Great access for patients in Near-Northeast Philly.

Hi so i met this super awesome guy named john at restore and to make a long story short …im not tech savvy in any way and john took the time to help me out with an issue that he did not have to do…. In conclusion he was very nice, understanding, and patient with me and for that i will always recommend this store to my friends and will return myself knowing how great the service is at this location…PS. If he is not training workers he should be…. Thanx a million john ur awesome!

Store was great. Super friendly staff, good selection, nice, bright, clean store. Nice discount that I wasn't expecting! I pre-ordered and my stuff was ready when I arrived. Only downside was parking- it was pretty impossible. I'd say try not to drive to this location (walk, bike, or public transportation).

Be careful purchasing products from this dispensary, some of them are sold after being opened and with broken seals. I purchased some flower and when I got home, the flower had no seal under the cap and the sticker was ripped before they put it in the bag. I called the dispensary and the receptionist told me to bring it back and it would be replaced. But the manager of course said no and gave me the email to the grower. This place is very unprofessional and ghetto.

Everyone is really helpful at this dispensary and kind. Super easy to order and pick up, and the deals/discounts/loyalty rewards are great.

This place is still trash. Slow as absolute molasses and in 2023 they still don't do the debit option. They used to be really good due to their selection, but it feels like because they were one of the first dispensaries they are just resting on their laurels and have fallen off massively. I haven't been to this place in over a year and I was just reminded why.

Staff was extremely friendly, nice selection, had me in and out within 10mins on my first visit. Will definitely stop in next time I’m in the area

The best dispensary in Philly. The staff are always pleasant, good discounts and rewards program. This place takes care of their customers if there is any issue with something you buy. I had 1 cart DOA. Took it back in the box with the receipt and they exchanged it. No hassles, no hoops to jump through or having to contact the grower to return a faulty product.

Typically would leave more stars, but it’s kinda ridiculous how they make the employees work nearly every Holliday.sheesh loosen up
