Welcoming. Kind. A good place to search for healing and to be loved. So grateful for this family.

No perfect people allowed. They preach the bible. That Jesus loves you. Great community and outreach. You must visit. You belong.

Since becoming a Christian about 8 years ago, I've stopped at several different churches just to say a prayer and experience a different setting. Some were cold and uninviting. So much so that I doubted the presence of the Lord. That is definitely not the case with this church. I feel that they could get away with taking Olive Gardens slogan - when you're here your family. Warm and welcoming. Upon entering, it was as if my soul breathed a sigh of relief, and I hadn't a single doubt that this place was doing the Lord's work. At least 90% of the churches I have visited in the last 5 years could & should take a lesson from Restored Church! My understanding of the Bible is that the church is not the building, but the people gathered together to praise the Lord. When 2 or more are gathered in his name, the Lord is there. I'm the furthest thing from a biblical scholar. But if you're looking to find the Lord, I seriously couldn't think of a better place to start. *** (Matthew 7: 7) *** Check it out, no guts no glory no risk no reward. You may have your doubts, and very little in this world is guaranteed outside of death & taxes. However, if you do not try, you are guaranteed not to succeed. Before I hit my knees to pray to a God I didn't believe in. I was driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle with no driver's license, inspection, or even heat. But with nowhere else to turn, I figured it couldn't hurt to try. Having lost my job, retirement, and family, I had nothing left to lose. In just a few short months, I learned exactly what is meant when you see it written, With God, all things are possible. I have my family back, a little house on the hill, a small business, a fleet of vehicles, a boat, a motorcycle, and only a couple hundred bucks in the bank do to my impulsive behavior, lol? But to anyone reading this that may be wondering, is this guy for real? I simply say don't knock it till you've tried it? There are at least 2 truly great moments in Life, the 1st is in realizing that you were created for a reason, and the 2nd is finding out just what that reason is. In my opinion, life isn't worth much until you know why, and then it's the most valuable and fulfilling experience one can have. That's not to say I don't have my share of difficulties and problems, but by comparison to the see to believe it self will run riot lifestyle I once lived, I want for nothing and can die happy right now. Psalms 37: 4 amen
