These are wholesalers. If you get a call from this company hang up the phone. If you get a post card throw it away. They ripped off my family with their deceit. These are wholesalers. Crooks.
Never used his services but probably one of the nicest guys you will run into with this kind of business takes it very seriously and does not mess around!
These guys are complete crooks and con men. They stole my mother's house from her and tied it up for months and sold to someone else and made over 60k. They never even bought it or nothing. They flip the contract and made more than her. A realtor fee is 6percent. Don't ever use these crooks they are scam artist.
