Although I've used a C-PAP since 2009 the machine I received from Rezk Medical Supply was a bit different. Charlette explained the differences very well and sent me on my way feeling confident and happy!

This company wants your credit card so they can double bill you in hopes of you not catching it. We had to fight for months to get back for over $650 in false charges after my insurance company paid them. Then they try to scam you into getting your cpap mask, hose and headgear replaced every 2 weeks. Steer clear of these swindlers as they're nothing but maggots working the system for all it is worth. Do not give them your credit card!

6-24-23 Now they want me to contact them for their false charges to my credit card and not wanting to reimburse me, like it's my fault.lol. Wonder how many others out there have false charges on their cards and didn't know they were paid by their insurance also?

They explained the setup of my equipment thoroughly, and got me through the whole process quickly.

Very helpful! Didn't just go over information she actually took us through the steps with our machine. Also got info to take home incase we forgot or missed something. We were in and out of there fast, she was friendly and we were confident we can work the machine on our own. She was very very knowledgeable!
