Chris at the Harrisburg store was very helpful. One trip here and I had everything I needed. Won’t waste my time wandering the aisles of Lowe’s looking for help from an employee who is playing on his phone. Thanks Chris!

Absolutely best customer service! I’m not a plumber but had an issue I was trying to fix they talked it through with me and made sure that I did not buy a piece I do not need then they went the extra mile and found someone who could help me figure out better the solution.

It's very important that everyone in informed the every employee and the secretary here especially on the East Derry St. Is very skilled and will make your experience go home and BURN all of your how to do books

This company is an excellent place to buy all kinds of plumbing supplies, supported by a knowledgeable staff.

Very friendly/helpful sales staff. Happy with the quality of the septic riser & hydraulic cement I got here (see pictures). 4 stars instead of 5 only because their website doesn't allow searching for what you want to find without creating an account & registering on the website (according to their website instructions). I don't buy enough to make that worth my while and when something breaks and I'm looking to see who has what I need, sometimes they're closed so I can't call and inquire.
I'd still recommend them to anyone who asked.

I was reluctant to go to RF Fagar because I had a bad experience (females not feeling welcome) at the Camp Hill store over 15 years ago. I was fixing a toilet for a friend and need a part that I couldn't find at Home Depot or Lowe's. I'm aware of Fagar and it is close to my home so I had no choice but to give Fagar a 2nd chance. I was pleasantly surprised by the Derry Street store's professionalism and knowledge. They could just sell me a part but they do more by sharing other knowledge about the product. Unfortunately I don't remember who helped me on the first trip. Just last week I needed to purchase a water heater so I stopped by to get some estimates. Todd Behney was very helpful, showed me several options. Fagar had the best price compared to Home Depot and Lowes so I called Todd and ordered the water heater. Once I saw the height and knew what I needed, I went back to see Todd and bought the connectors. Todd tactfully shared his professional knowledge while keeping my ego intact. I happen to be there for free donut Friday so that was nice too! Great experience and would suggest RF Fagar to others!

This is a professional atmosphere selling quality products unlike Home Depot and Lowe's where the products look the same but they lack the quality
