RGB Pro Audio & Music, Philadelphia PA

I'd be weary taking an instrument to get repaired here. Left a digital piano here to get repaired, but hadn't received a single word from them for a very long time (still haven't by the way) after they said they would contact me for an estimate. I was a little impatient and ended up taking the money I saved to get the instrument repaired, and put it towards buying a new instrument altogether- somewhere at a different music store. I have to give them props though for not taking my money and allowing me to spend my money elsewhere

Did everything I wanted but got my guitar back with MULTIPLE dents and deep scratches. I don't know what the hell happened over there but my favorite guitar took a beating thanks to them. Tried to email them and gave them time to respond but of course nothing. Not to mention that they took 2 weeks for a setup and didn't start until two days before I got it back. So don't come here unless you're prepared to have your guitar manhandled

Gotta give credit where it's due though (which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1), they did everything I needed to be done and for the most part correctly. I understand things happen, but come on. You're gonna sit there and act like I won't see it. Then charge me more than the initial price when I get there and then say "Oh it was more work than we thought. " I tried to give this place every benefit of the doubt I could because believe me I don't like writing negative reviews. I'll end with this, if you're gonna be a guitar repair store, treat your customer's stuff with utmost care. Because I know I would.

These guys are fantastic! Fixed up my turntable that had broken delicate lead wires. Perfect repair work at a great price. Super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this great local business.

There’s very few guys in the city that can handle high end audio gear. I’ve sent them my quested mains, my cranesong avocet. The repairs can take some time but it beats shipping it across the country.

Sometimes great reviews are based on service & skill, sometimes on price, others on the owners/employees customer service skills and friendliness. Then there are the rare times where a business nails all 3 and that's been my experience at RGB Pro. Went in on a whim after a Google search for a Luthier near me to get a guitar setup professionally and left with a couple of new friends & a killer sounding guitar!

Mike & Anthony were in the shop when I entered and they immediately greeted me with over the top politeness and we're genuinely excited to see the guitar I was bringing in for service. They had the guitar destringed, the fretboard cleaned up and polished, the tuners tightened and restringed in a day and wow does the guitar pop now. Prices were absolutely fair for a professional setup. These guys know what they're doing and really care.

Beyond that I can't overstate how friendly both Mike & Anthony were. I ended up playing guitar with them and talking for over an hour. 2 guys who knows their stuff. I can't recommend RGB Pro enough to anyone looking for professional work to be done on instruments, keyboards, light setups pretty much anything music related.

FYI if you don't believe me check the other reviews as well. Pristine save for one individual who clearly expected several hundred dollars worth of work for just $50 and actually complained about it. Anthony even took the time to tell the customer to come back so he could fix what he wanted done for FREE. Some people are never satisfied.

Went in today with my boyfriend to get a quote on a guitar repair. The two owners - Anthony and Mike are fantastic. Talked for over an hour. Both are very personable and extremely passionate about the work they do. The quote was more than reasonable. Highly recommend going here for service.

You just know when you're in a place that loves music more than profits. First time visiting to get a guitar restringed but definitely not the last. Highly recommend.

This place is a real gem, highly recommended! I had a tricky issue with a cracking lacquer finish of a recent custom made instrument and the British luthier sent me to RGB for a warranty repair close to home. It ended up requiring a full refinish, which was handled promptly with great communication and professionalism, and with a very reasonable fee to the original maker, who covered it. The result exceeded my wildest expectations and the sensitive workmanship has the instrument not only looking like new again but resonating beautifully, putting any fears about impacting acoustic resonance with a new finish to rest. I feel very grateful to have this treasured instrument back in my hands at its best and can’t recommend RGB highly enough as a result.

If I could give 10 STARS I will 5 is not enough Customer Service is Outstanding, the work is EXCELLENT I took my MACKIE SPEAKERS for repair and they work BETTER than ever, most of all the pricing is FANTASTIC! If you need this type of work done this is the place to go I will not go anywhere else and you want either once you have given RGB a try keep up the GREAT WORK GUYS and the AWSOME PRICES WOW calls you back like they say they are with your quote. Just like back in the day with the ATMOSPHERE, GREAT SHOP.
