Purchased 2023 Jayco at Rhone's RV. Traveling to Florida and discovered the refrigerator totally stopped working. Phoned Rhone's and spoke with Ashley who made all arrangements to have the repairs made when I arrived in Florida. Refrigerator was repaired and working properly. Rhone's (Ashley) make this experience stress free to say the least and my travels enjoyable. Thank you!

I was searching for a particular make/model travel trailer. Unable to find one in my immediate area I expanded my search and found one for sale on RV Trader in Pennsylvania, 7 hours away. A bit reluctant and apprehensive to purchase a trailer sight unseen I gave Rhone's RV a call and spoke with Guy. After (patiently) answering all of my questions, he sent me many pictures of the unit I was interested in. He immediately gained my trust and put my mind at ease. Long story short, I made the drive and the trailer was in mint condition. Guy was very courteous, professional and answered additional questions. The technician, Blair, was very helpful with my walk around and spent extra time ensuring my WDH was dialed in for the 9 hour trip back home. Amanda took care of the finance paperwork in an expedient manner. No surprises, everything fell into place and flowed smoothly from my first phone call with Guy. We have now purchased our second rv from Rhone’s RV Jayco Dealer. This is our second Jayco, we are return customer because of the Quality and Reliability. We are Extremely pleased with our salesman Guy, he has helped us both times with our purchase. Guy is very knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond when putting together a deal. We took our camper to Rhone’s to have them check out our air conditioner in our camper. The service department was wonderful. When we went to pick it up on a Saturday morning, my husband asked if there were any used campers we could look at. They called out a sales person. His name was Guy. Guy showed us a camper that we immediately fell in love with. We decided that we were going to trade in our camper for the one Guy showed us. Right from the very start Guy was amazing. He answered all of our questions we had and not once did he pressure us! Every part of buying this camper went smoothly. Guy kept in touch with us through the whole process. When we went to pick up our new camper we were blow away with the kindness of this place! They went through every part of that camper with us and showed us how everything worked! I mean everything! We also had a new hitch installed and the tech took us for a test drive to make sure everything was ok and it was safe! Wow! The staff at Rhone’s were ALL so friendly and helpful! If your looking for a camper, go to Rhone’s! Ask for Guy. You will not be disappointed! Oh and they also gave us a welcome box full of stuff for the camper!

Oh yes, a wonderful experience here. We were looking for a better shower head in our camper. Sunny was so helpful and found the perfect one for us. The lady there was very sociable and friendly. Thank you.

My family wanted a camper this year so we started our search in early January. After not finding what we wanted locally, I expanded my search and saw Rhone's near Williamsport with a great rating so we decided to try there.

I called in February, told Guy I was a total beginner and what we were after, and he took care of us every step of the way. He made sure our vehicle (2022 Nissan Pathfinder with a tow package) was able to pull what we wanted and made sure we had all the right towing parts to get it home. Any questions I had were answered (call and text) almost immediately.

We picked it up in March and got a detailed walk-through of the camper and how to hook it up to our vehicle. Our service tech then took us out for a drive to get a feel for it.

We had our first camping trip the beginning of May to get our feet wet to the camper lifestyle and have 7 trips planned for the rest of the summer. The kids love it.

When we picked up our new travel trailer we were blown away by the time that was spent with us going over everything in the RV. Blaine was completely thorough, extremely knowledgeable and made sure we were safe before we pulled away. We would not hesitate to buy from Rhone’s again.

Extremely willing to help the consumer! I purchased a 2014 Keystone Avalanche from Rhone's RV last year. From starting my search with Guy, to informative instruction from Greg in service, to delivery and set up of my RV, by the owner of the company I had excellent interactions and service from all. That being said, I have an issue that needs addressing a.s. A.p. So I called Rhone's service. I have no means of moving my 5th wheel and Rhone's was gracious enough to put me in touch with a gentleman nearby

This dealership is amazing! Our salesman Guy made the buying experience so incredibly pleasurable. He took his time when initially showing us our RV, checking out the best financing, tending to some issues we found with our 5th wheel the day we gave the deposit and addressing in a timely manner the numerous texts I sent and phone calls I made. The day of our closing Zack our service and tour guy spent hours with us before we closed and has the patience of a saint. Then we had a sleepover at the dealership hooked up to water, electric and wifi. Zach was back early morning to see how we did and gave us more tutorials on the stereo system, tv and the app Jaycommand. As a result of being able to spend the night we found a few issues and I am confident all will be addressed. Amanda did our paperwork and she was very knowledgeable and made the closing pleasurable. Rhone's RV is thorough and efficient and go above and beyond for their happy campers.

Our walk- through with Zach was professional, knowledgeable, and patient (with old folks learning new technology).
