Meeting Haylee has been really a saving grace during this hell of a year, 2020! I started talking to Haylee over Zoom with just a bit of a curiosity for Ayurveda, and I've been learning more about myself and my body ever since. So thankful to be on the learning path to be more attuned to myself - my body, my psyche - and take this opportunity to be stuck indoors to delve deeper into what I can do to be a better friend to myself.
