Very fast, flexible performance. It was also very cheap for the amount of work that was done. He was also extremely knowledgeable in various areas. David also has extreme experience with fixing laptops as we discussed, and is very genuine with his costs. My laptop didn’t turn on, and writhing two days it was fixed to the fullest capacity. I kept in mind this laptop was extremely old and bulky, where many people these days may not know how to truly fix.

Dave repaired my Windows Outlook issue in 1 hour. What a lifesaver. I had begun by contacting Windows only to find out they no longer have a manned help line, only email/chat. When I first contacted this gentleman after explaining my problem within 10 minutes after calling he was working on it. Immediately I got a warm, down to earth, friendly reception. He was very polite and professional. He also explained things in a simple, easy to understand way. A few weeks after our initial meeting, I called and inquired about him possibly helping me with something almost unrelated to his profession. He told me not only can I help you with that request, I will show you how to do it as well. I was very grateful as well as very impressed. As a fairly new small business owner, he understood my predicament. He really went out of his way to help me out, which he did a second time. I had a great experience with David at Rich Ideas. My computer had alot of water spilled on it. It was rusty inside. But David tried new parts, hoping it could still run. It needed expensive repair and he just recommended that I get a new one since fixing it would be expensive. That was great, not many places would help out like that.

This gentleman is very knowledgeable I dropped my computer off to have it checked and by the time I was done eating supper he did text me and let me know what the status was. It literally caught me by surprise because most places will take a week to even look at it. I recommend him because he is very reasonable and he does not beat around the bush
