I love the team at Rich Upper Darby location, they are always so welcoming and accommodating! Glad I chose this location for my son’s orthodontic needs.

This was not a professional establishment. I had an appointment and waited an hour just for a consultation. After they took pictures I then waited over a half hour again and left. They asked me to come back the next day I then waited another 35 mins. I asked how long they said there was another person in front of me which meant I needed to wait longer. I think the staff was nice but unprofessional to have me come back the second day and do the same thing. I wouldn’t go back because both times the waiting room was packed.

Jessica was great she checked me in fast helped me with my payment, and she helped me schedule my next appointment, and she was very sweet, she has great customer service skills!

I am very disappointed with this office.have been with Rich Orthodontists for almost 4 years. First my son and now my daughter.as of latly since covid it has been even worse. I thought them getting a new office from that box it would improve service NO! The wait times are ridiculous and parents are sitting in their cars.
We had a 530 appointment signed in and wasn't called until 615 pm then my daughter was inside the office until about 7 pm. It's ridiculous every appointment is almost 2 and half hrs. Then the dentists or students I don't know which don't know what they are doing my daughter's wires are always popping off or the brackets are loose. I am very unhappy with the service there.
