Richard Douglas Salon, Springfield PA

It was the first time going there, and they asked me $80 for just haircut. $80 for a HAIRCUT. Their website says haircut prices from $24, and I don't know what they put on top of that $24 to make it $80. All I got was haircut, and gel styling in the end. I am an international student so I had no idea about the price and how to act if the price sounds ridiculously high. I asked my friend a day after and they all said you might have been scammed.

If you were ever to go to this salon, don't get fooled like me and please double check the price when you check out.

Doug and his team did my, my bridesmaids and my mother's hair for my wedding. It was a fabulous experience! Doug set up breakfast for us with mimosas. Everyone's hair turned out perfect, exactly like the pictures we sent. The make up was perfect too! I would highly recommend!

Got highlights from jordan.she was nice and all so i felt bad telling her that the second she was done i hated my hair. She did the highlights terribly there was a random thick one and they were all uneven and so unnatural when i asked her for subtle natural highlights. I’m not even going back to ask her to fix it because i’m afraid she’ll mess it up even more. Do not recommend going! The chemicals from the bleach also gave me a 3 day migraine. Overall horrible experience and will never be going back!

Great people work here, and everyone does a great job. Salon is.clean and beautiful. Love Doug. He is our favorite.
