I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Capel and ProVision Eye Associates! Dr. Capel is incredibly kind but yet efficient. Judy is always a great help when picking out glasses and discussing options. Terry was super helpful with me on the phone to discuss how my new insurance worked with the practice. Everyone is always so willing to help and makes the experience as easy and as comfortable as possible! I moved out of town, but it's worth the drive to come back to this practice!

Dr. Capel was amazing. I called the office on a Saturday and he spoke to me on the phone. I wasn’t even a current patient but had a stye that was very painful. He had my come in an hour later and I was in and out within 15 minutes. The staff was great too!

I have been to every eye doctor around. I wear multifocal lenses. For years I've been unable to see up close. Readers! But I kept reading about how contacts could be adjusted in amazing ways. Well, not a single doctor could properly adjust my prescription for years. Dr. Capel fixed it! He adjusted my prescription (not just the add), and I could see, right there in his office! I can see far away, I can see up close. Who knew? Dr. Capel is fantastic! Oh, and none of that air puff, blue light on the eyeball nonsense. His equipment is updated so it's unintrusive. The office staff is wonderful as well. Helpful, friendly, walked me through billing, insurance submission, rebates, etc. I am the happiest patient:) Great job!

The entire staff were super helpful and welcoming of all my questions and concerns from start to finish. They provided the very best customer service, especially when narrowing down my selection of frames. Since they were affiliated with my vision insurance carrier, obtaining pricing on both lenses and frames was a breeze. Not only that, the timeliness of their arrival once ordered couldn't have been more accommodating. Thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful experience!

Dr. Kyle Capel and his staff are very well-trained and provide outstanding customer service. The staff will make you feel welcome when you first walk in. Dr. Capel is thorough with his work, and will let you know everything about your eyes in “normal people” talk. I have been to this location twice, and was blown away both times. Thank you ProVision.

Dr. Capel and the staff at ProVision Eye Associates are amazing and friendly. The facility is beautiful and Dr. Capel provides the best care. He took time to listen to my concerns and did a thorough exam. I came from out of state to see Dr. Capel and will continue to do so. I was really impressed with the care I received and the frames selection. Also being out of state, the staff made it effortless for me to order additional contacts and receive my glasses/sunnies via mail. I would highly recommend Dr. Capel, you won't be disappointed.

I’ve never been a fan of doctors or doctors’ offices, but Dr. Capel and his staff made the entire experience genuinely great. Dr. Capel did a thorough eye exam, and then I got to choose from the large selection of frames his office had. Dr. Capel also was able to fit me in immediately for an emergency appointment when I got a piece of debris in my eye, with no wait time. I’ll never go to anyone besides Dr. Capel!

Excellent service. Very patiently worked with me to fine the most comfortable and functional multifocal contact lenses. Gave me several different trial lens to try.

Rich is very informative and talks you through the entire eye exam process. This is the first time I’ve been to an eye doctor in the last fifteen years. With Rich’s help, I have a better understanding of my current vision and it’s relationship to my current state of health.

Dr. Sterling and his staff are friendly and thorough. They were careful to explain everything in detail in both the eye exam and when going over options for glasses and contacts. Getting an appointment was easy and I love my new frames. It was a great first visit and I'll be returning for my next eye exam for sure. Highly recommended.

Today I got my progressive lens and it is working very well. No dizziness at all. I am so glad that Dr Sterling is there for me. He is such a very professional person including his staff.

By far the best vision exam I've ever had. Dr. Sterling was very thorough and made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me. Stephanie and Judy are fantastic as well. They helped me 110% to find the perfect pair of glasses. I fully recommend this practice to anyone looking for an optometrist.

No waiting which I appreciate (although the office has a great magazine selection unlike most other dr.offices I visit). They are on the "cutting edge" with knowledge of many new types of contact lens products but don't push them - just inform patients about them. Everyone at the office always greets with a smile - something that is very welcome when the day isn't going so well - but also welcome when it is!
