6 Dr Richard was very professional,
but I would not recommend anyone, especially Hispanics, take physical therapy at this location. They are racists, garbage as a "professional", I don't know, how did not occur to me to take out my cell phone and record.
I am so frustrated with this place. I was promised that Mallory would call me the next day to schedule a PRP. No such call happened.
The following week I left four messages using option #2 and option #5. No one returned my call that week. The following week someone finally called and I scheduled my PRP.
HERE IS THE KICKER! I showed up early for my PRP and after sitting there for 30 minutes I am told that the doctor who does that is not in today and I have to reschedule. Can you believe that?
So I rescheduled for next week. This should be interesting.
My sister elderly women who has caught for her life with breast cancer had an ulcer wound on her foot. Doc Karlie and her staff took excellent care of her needs. It was a long joinery because of her many complications caused with sugar diabetes
We used a wound vac and
Hyperbaric tank. I highly recommend this group.
I found this place to be unprofessional. From the weird show they had playing too loudly on the TV in the waiting room, to the doctor with his arm tattoo sleeve. It just doesn’t have the feel of a professional doctor’s office. The wood paneled walls are so old looking.
I almost left, but then i got called back. The doctor himself was ok, I’ve just never seen a doctor with so many tattoos, and I know a lot of them don’t wear lab coats anymore, but this just seemed too unprofessional to me.
Dr Richards is an excellent dr, I wldnt go to any other dr, I know many people that go to him n have referred others to him.
I had an appointment today with Dr. Robert Richards for pain associated with a car accident. I checked in 15 minutes early as instructed. I WAITED an additional 30 minutes past my appointment time before asking the front desk if I would be seen soon. The desk clerk told me the doctor hadn’t arrived yet! How unprofessional! I sat there 45 minutes without being seen. As a patient, I would’ve been charged an additional fee if I had shown up late or canceled last minute. Dr. Robert Richards has no consideration for his patients or their time.
