6 I called Ricke Bros Car Sales from Niagara Falls NY to ask about a 2012 Ford Explorer they had for sale. I spoke with a Eric Heiland.
He said this truck is nice. I gave a deposit over the phone, drove 6 hours to check it out. Eric was absolutely correct. This Explorer was like new. I bought it. I dropped off the rental car and then drove my purchased Explorer back 6 hours home to Niagara Falls NY. This Explorer took the PA and NY hills like a dream back home. These folks at Ricke Bros are A Plus + Great Dealership.

I bought the car saturday paid cash. By wednesday there was a check engine light on. I got what I paid for. Probably won't go back I thought They were ok, I called and explained what happened and he said it's just a sensor problem. I won't go back. Go back there
They bought a car from me and they are more than fair. Very nice people and seems like they a pretty good selection vehicles. When I need another I'll definitely consider them first.

My daughter bought a 2013 Hyundai from this place 6 months ago and paid 10k in cash. The day we picked it up, she drove about 1 mile down the road and it completely shut
off on her. We went back immediately and they said it was a sensor. They would replace it and we could pick it up a few days later. Fast forward 6 months.she has only put on 3k miles and the pistons are shot and it needs a new engine. The Hyundai dealership wants to charge $7500 for a new engine. We had tried several times to contact Ricke Bros.by phone to express our concern and to see if they could make it right and they will not return our phone calls. Finally, I stopped in today and pretty much got the 'Sorry about your luck. There's nothing we can do. ' So, you couldn't even return our phone call? Thanks for nothing and I hope you rest well stealing 10k from an 18 year old who worked extremely hard to earn that money. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE
