We bought a 14x14 gazebo, it was built fast, delivery was a challenge with the rain and yard being wet but Fushia was very heplful in working it out. RJ our salesman was great! Best price and very well made, install went very smooth would buy from again. Great product great price and great service, Fushia and RJ thanks again.

I like most people like to support small/local businesses. I understand that I might not always get the best price or value, but normally the level of customer service is better. My experience today is not what I expected. We were looking for some patio furniture, after looking outside for awhile we went inside to look around. Inside someone did say high to us, but they never left their seats. After looking around we went to the desk to ask questions about the items outside. They answered our questions, but gave little details. Because we wanted something today we still decided to look around some more and then decided to buy. The salesman went outside with me to pull the tag and then went in and wrote it up, I was thinking about buying some other items but they were expensive so as I was still looking around I turned around and he was half way back into the store. So I guess that was all I was buying. After spending a lot of money I asked do I just put it in my truck and he said yes. So I waited for my wife to come back and my wife and I put a two seat glider into our car by ourselves. They never offer to help. I can honestly say I have received much higher level of customer service at big box stores. I guess business is so good for them at this point they do not have to put any effort in, so I will not feel bad never purchasing from them again.
