Ridge Carlton Apartments

I moved here in mid October. From the moment I visited the apartment back in August, I knew from the first visit that I wanted to move here. The manager was very kind and full of positivity. Since moving in, everyone I have met has been kind and inviting to me.

The maintenance staff is happy, have been here a long time and care about the tenants. Everyone from Management to Maintenance are engaging and always helpful. I am very happy to be here.

The lobby is inviting and no strange smells. It is very welcoming and safe. I haven't lived in an apartment before and so far this has been the best experience.

I moved in October and paperwork was fast, clear and management was welcoming. From the first impression, I was sure, it would be a great place.

For the year at Asiyah has been here (7373 Ridge Avenue), I have seen a greater interaction amongst the residents. Her warm, welcoming, friendly, compassionate nature is infectious. She has taken the time to know all her tenants names which speaks volumes to who she is. Bringing the Ridge Carlton Community together is what she has and continues to do. She is a valuable asset and makes living here feel like home.

They are spacious apartments, with excellent finishes, clean, and they also enjoy unparalleled elegance. As an important fact, it is a quiet place, perfect for reading.

How do I start with my experience residing at Ridge Carlton? Well, it has been truly amazing for my daughter and I. Since we moved in Management (Asiyah) has been the best! She takes her time and gets to know us here at Ridge Carlton.

She as well as the maintenance staff (Matt & Nasir) go above and beyond with our needs, concerns or just a friendly hello. Having disability they make sure that you are comfortable. If there is something needed to assist they're always there to lend a helping hand or fix any maintenance issue you're having.

The grounds are always well maintained as well as all the amenities they provide. From putting green, BBQ area, pet play area, pickle ball and gym on site. There is also a nice lounge with pool, video games and vending machines.

Management also tries to provide something special for the residents at Ridge Carlton. From holiday just because treats to community water ice and BBQ chew and chats.

Most of all Ridge Carlton is in the beautiful area of Roxborough/ Manayunk. It is easily accessible to trails parks and shopping centers. Did I mention that Public Transit stops right in front of the building which is very convenient. The building is key fob entry as well as mailroom which means alot for safety and control. Its just been an excellent experience when my daughter and I found our forever home. We love you Ridge Carlton!

I scheduled an appointment today to have a tour of the property at 1 PM and nobody was at the leasing office. They were also supposed to send me information about the apartment that was going to be for rent but I never received the email. I figured it wasn’t a big deal because I was coming to take a tour but I guess the joke was on me. I waited 25 minutes and nobody ever came. I watch Amazon trucks not be able to get into the building because leasing wasn’t there and left the packages in the door way because they couldn’t stay and wait. Thanks for wasting my time.

Great community, clean and very quiet. Previous management was great, but the latest one was even better responding to my maintenance inquiries. Thank you to the new manager Asiyah, who helped me with the termination of my lease and for following-up even after I was moved out.highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing place to live…. Mercedes and asyia are amazing…. They’re always open to help with anything kind and really care about the residents

My name is Delrose Blair l have lived at Ridge Carlton Apts for over 9 years.l have enjoyed my time there. The staff was courteous and helpful. Whenever l needed anything done im my Apartment it was done im a timely manner. One member of staff was exceptional in her service. Ms. Asiyah Jones was curteous and respectful to me.l am disabled and many times when l go down stairs to wait on my ride she was there there smiling and helpful. When l forgot to take my medicine and did not have any water she brought me water to take my pills.l would like her Employer’s to know my background as a Customer Service Manager let me Service with a Smile and this young Woman has been most gracious.l appreciate all the staff and there helpfulness some have gone to another Apartment but l will never forget their helpfulness.l am now in a Senior Apartment and l would recommend Ridge Carlton Apt.
