I see Bao for laser hair removal. She is so professional but also very friendly, willing to distract you during laser but also fine with you using your phone. She explained the process well to me, as well.

As soon as I walked in, I noticed all the displayed artwork which gives the clinic a great modern vibe. I heard someone say, can I help you but no one behind the desk with their masks on was looking up. So I’m there trying to figure out who spoke to me out of the three receptionist behind the desk. As customers service auditor for my company I was disappointed at the first impression. She walked me all the way to my room, and I met with Jordan who displayed great customer service, the conversation we had was genuine, and clear. He made eye contact and smiled, he also used my middle name which I had put down as preferred. He deserves 5 stars. He also asked if I would be okay if a student was present during my visit from the doctor.
The doctor was in rush mode during the whole appointment. It seemed to me that once I said that I didn’t want any crazy medicine to clear up my acne, I was rushed out of there. I’m willing to give this place another chance, I’m hoping I don’t have to take my business somewhere else and change this rating to 1, more like 0 rating.

Great service. The only place in the area with laser removal services for melonated skin. Professional staff, great products and clean facility.

My first visit to the office, enough parking and the atmosphere was great. Was greeted immediately, little to no wait time. Very informative Corey answered all my questions. I was comfortable enough to schedule my first treatment for next week!

Just make the appointment! UGH, I’m kicking myself for not doing it sooner. I’m an African American woman who due to some hormonal changes starting growing hair in odd places. I plucked, I waxed, went to a few dermatologist and it just got thicker and harder to manage. It also left some really unsightly black marks and ingrown hairs. I was always so embarrassed and tried to cover the marks with makeup. After my first consultation with Channing Bushnell, a licensed aesthetician at Ringpfeil, I finally felt like okay maybe this time will be different, and it was! She answered all of my questions, was sooo sweet (seriously I love her), and really put my mind at ease. About a week after my first laser hair removal treatment I noticed that I didn’t have to shave as often. I went 3 weeks without shaving and at best all I saw was peach fuzz. Blown away! I went in for my next appointment 6 weeks later with no in grown hairs, dark marks starting to fade, and not a hair in sight. I’m so thankful. This literally changed my life and it was so cheap! They have a price list on their website and tell you up front what you’re going to pay. Everywhere else I looked refused to publish prices or tell until you had a consult and the price was STEEP. And the office is so beautiful and clean it makes me excited for my visits. Seriously just take the plunge. It’s so simple and it’s the best decision I’ve made in 2021 so far. Btw, I actually haven’t been wearing makeup, cause I don’t really need it

I've been a Ringpfeil patient for years now and I won't go elsewhere. I see Drs. Abraham and Ho regularly and both are exceptional. Additionally, the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend Ringpfeil for anything dermatology and cosmetic related.

Outstanding experience. Dr Abraham explains what she is thinking, and listens to my concerns. She called me herself with the results of a skin biopsy. The staff is efficient and professional. In my experience she runs on time. There was no problem in providing me the pathology report from a biopsy upon my request.

First visit and won’t be my last. High tech meets high touch in this state of the art facility where patients feel comfortable and valued.

The staff here is very helpful and kind! Saw Dr Ho for filler/botox and the procedure was painless and the results were fantastic. She follows up with patients to ensure that they are happy with the results and is easy to reach for any questions/concerns following the procedure. She is clearly very knowledgeable and up to date on all cosmetic trends! I recommend this practice and all of the physicians here to family and friends for either cosmetic or medical purposes

Doctor Hannaway was very thoughtful and informative, which is rare among other dermatologists I’ve visited. She was patient and took time to explain risks and benefits of all my options and helped me make informed decisions about my course of treatment. I also really appreciated the MA, Kelly, who was very personable and efficient. Will definitely be going back!

All staff is super friendly and helpful! Dr. Ho was fantastic. It’s always scary trying out a new place, especially a dermatologist/plastic surgeon. She was quick, efficient and very welcoming as I was a new patient! Will definitely be going back to try out some of the other awesome services they offer! Bri from the billing department is great as well!

I was very happy with Dr Ho's skills and treatment of the glaucinoma on my face. The scar is very small and hardly noticable. I felt she was very thorough and thoughtful in her treatment while some people might see this as minor it was a big thing to me. Would 100% go back.
