Rings & Things reviews
6Needed my wall clock fixed. A rather large clock! Someone came out to my car to get it. Turns out it was an easier fix than I thought it would be. Charged me $5 and carried it back out to my car. Super nice and friendly! Will absolutely go to them again if ever I need.
Stay away! Worst experience ever. I took two watches there to have batteries replaced, received one back and the other watch which I held dearly was dismantle. No apology. These men should be held accountable for their Incompetence.
I recently visited this stand at booths corner I asked the lady what do you charge for watch battery replacement she told me $8. The next day I came back with 5 of my husbands watches. After telling me they will be ready in a week. I was surprised it would take that long I didn’t feel comfortable leaving $2500 worth of watches with this person for a week when they are only open 2 days a week. Then the woman told me $125. I said yesterday you told me $8 each why is it $25 now? She was rude and said these are expensive watches so it will cost $25. I looked at her and said no thank you. I’ll go to Dakota watch in the mall wait 1 hr and pay $15 a piece.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are thieves! Stole my Aunts watch! Literally switched watches on her and acted like she was the crazy one.
I was at this vendor on May 21, I needed a battery for my wristwatch. I was asked for my first name and I was told to return in 15 mins. I went back and I was told the cost was $9.54, I think that was high, it was crowded, I took the watch, and within 15 mins, I looked at the watch, and it was not showing the correct time. I realized that this was not my watch, my watch was a blue face SEIKO WATCH, THE FACE WAS A MILAN? AND NOT A BLUE FACE. I went back to the counter, 2 men looked at each other and asked me what I wanted, I WAS IN SHOCK, They don't give any receipts, etc and they said this is it, I am so upset, this is a THEFT of the inner workings of my SEIKO WATCH. SHOPPERS BEWARE! Has anyone else been a victim? These people should post their prices and they should not hide behind a half wall so u don't see what they are doing to your precious possessions
