Ringside Fire Grill, Tafton PA

We stopped in here as a matter of convenience, we were so happy we did! People were welcoming, calm, relaxed, atmosphere. We had the sausage platter and wings for appetizers, both were amazing. We each had flatbread pizzas, the cheesesteak, and a vegetarian, they were absolutely delicious.

Amazing experience. Service is phenomenal, and the pizzas and flatbreads are off the charts. This is a must try for this area.

This pizza is thin, crispy and delicious. Ive had a lot of buffalo chicken pies in my life as a pizza critic, and i have to say, this just hits different. I can’t explain it but i highly recommend it.

Advice to the owner- DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT PIE, ESPECIALLY THE HOT SAUCE FORMULA.

Ringside Fire Grill is my favorite place in the Poconos. We first discovered it last year when we drove by on the way back to Tobyhana State Park from a PA Rail Bikes Tour. We got there right before closing and they still seated and served us, which was delightfully unexpected. When we returned to Tobyhana in the Spring, naturally, Ringside Fire Grill was a must on our trip. More recently, my parents joined us for a day at Promised Land State Park and we were thrilled to be able to share our favorite place with them. They loved it as much as we do. Can't wait to visit again.

The Margarita pizza was disappointing. The mozzarella cheese covered well less than half of the pie and the chopped basil leaves were similarly sparse so that most of the pie was dough and red sauce. And on to of that, very pricey at $18 for a 14 inch pie (they no longer sell the 16 inch pie). I will go back to the pizza place up the road next time.

We started with a beet salad, and then ordered a pizza for everyone, so had lots of leftovers. Finished with excellent pistachio gelato!

What a find! After a long dayof in the water wee speed get for some pizza. Wow! Veggie Flight Pie, Chicken Flight Pie, Veggie Pie and White Pie were great. The Beet salad and cedar salads were great. Definitely worth stopping! Yum!

I have been a loyal patron of Ringside Restaurant for over three years every time I came to the lake I stop, and it pains me to write this review. Over time, I have witnessed a consistent and concerning decline in the overall management quality of this once-promising establishment. My recent experience on a Friday night was particularly disappointing, leaving me baffled by the questionable decisions being made.

One of the most glaring missteps was the sudden elimination of all deep-fried appetizers from the menu. It's hard to comprehend the logic behind such a drastic move, especially when these appetizers were a popular and consistent favorite among customers. Removing these items felt like a misguided attempt at innovation, bordering on business suicide. I find myself questioning whether the manager is either oblivious to the preferences of their clientele or intentionally sabotaging the business's success.

It's disheartening to see such a lack of insight into what has made Ringside Restaurant a destination for so many in the past. The absence of deep-fried appetizers was not only a letdown for regulars like myself but also a sign of deeper issues within the management. A restaurant that fails to understand and cater to the preferences of its loyal customers is on a dangerous path.

While I acknowledge that change is sometimes necessary in the restaurant industry, it should be approached thoughtfully and with consideration for the patrons who have helped sustain the business. In my view, retaining the existing management team without addressing the ongoing decline in service and decision-making could lead to long-term negative consequences.

Ringside Restaurant still possesses potential and a foundation that drew me in as a customer. However, I implore the owner to take a closer look at the current management practices and the disconnect between their decisions and the desires of their clientele. A revitalization of the menu and a more customer-centric approach are essential steps to ensure the continued success of this establishment. As someone who has invested time and loyalty into Ringside Restaurant, I hope my concerns are heard and acted upon before it's too late.

Ordered a meat lovers more like a meat less. Mostly scattered bacon bits 4 pieces of sausage. Taste like frozen pizza cooked in a wood fired oven. Not worth the 19 dollars. I’ve had far better for equal the price.

We drove all the way here to be told 40mins before they close they stopped making food. That should be listed on the site. It's pizza not a full course meal. The food is great otherwise

Anthony was a great server. The service couldn't have been better. We will definitely be going again!

Out of thousands of gluten free pizzas my wife has had, she says this is the best hands down. I had the Flatbread and jalapeño bites and both were excellent as well. Great service, highly recommended!

Delicious pizzas maybe the best in the Poconos when it comes to Pizza! Service is great and the wine selection also amazing!

Food was ok. Friendly waitress. But the chef couldn't make a simple customization for my brother while we were on his bachelor trip. Needs more menu flexibility

Have eaten here a few times and throughly enjoyed it so much that I brought friends with me on follow up visits.

Pizza was absolutely delicious. The roasted garlic pizza was amazing. Friendly service and very reasonable prices.

When you walk in, the expectations of delicious pizza came to mind only because they had a pizza oven, which I was wrong. Food is very disappointing
