Friendly staff! Great experience with getting my cat spayed. Staff followed up with a phone call a few days later to check on my cat. The building is beautiful! The lobby and exam room were clean. Most reasonable price quote in the area and no surprise extra costs.

Dr. Bernhard is a great and caring dr.
My 14 year old dog feels much better with prescribed medication. Staff is super conpassionate and friendly. They actually carried my scared Komar to the xray.
Very important.you can stay with your dog in the examination room.

It's been a few months since we needed to say goodbye to our dog Nike. I must say, they made the heart wrenching experiance as comfortable for us as anyone could possibly hope for. I wouldn't take any of my beloved pets anywhere else. They have been our vet for over 10 years.and counting.

In 2018 my dog was seen here for emergency surgery, as her normal vet was open but didn’t answer. She was viciously attacked by a dog and almost lost her life, but Dr Bernhardt worked and saved her. He also diagnosed her pain issues and treated them with proper meds when her normal vet had a new doc look over her and told us oh it’s nothing. She couldn’t walk and screamed. So we transferred all animals there to get care. He saved her with her seizures too she’s been better with them. He’s helped my cats eye as well.

As a first time pet owner, the staff was patient with our questions and concerns. I look forward to working with them.

I was expecting a 200-300 bill for check up, shots and dewormer for my 14 week old puppy (for 12 week shots) and only paid $164. Wait was a little long (10: 15 appt and called me back around 10: 45) but can't really complain considering price and friendliness of staff.

I am so in love with this place. Dr Bernhardt is just amazing. I am happy to drive the 1 hour. Several times I've called early in the morning with an urgent need for 1 or 2 of my 40+ cats and they have gotten me in every single time with no $100 urgent fee like my old vet charged. Even when the outcome doesn't look good, Dr Bernhardt tells me how it is but with compassion. I don't want to take my rescues anywhere else.

I was pleased with this Vet for the past 14 yrs. Never again will I go there. When I took my other cat there I mentioned my cat I took there a week before had no appetite. He told me at the time the cat was old cause she was 15 yrs old and we decided not to do anything. He gave me a medication to increase her appetite which cost $55. I decided after taking it home that I didn't want to give it to her
It was not a good idea to give it to her and decided to return the medication which was not opened. He refused to refund me but said I could donate it. Although it was not busy there at the time he didn't bother to come talk to me about why I didn't think it was appropriate. Donate it yes right so he could sell it to someone for another $55. It was not about the money. I would pay anything to make her comfortable. He got the $55. But never another penny from me.
He doesn't take the time to explain anything.

Staff is wonderful. Very caring to both owner and pet. Quickly in and out. Easy setup of future appointments.

Dr. Bernard has been taking care of all of my pets since I was a child! I highly recommend it! The staff is kind and they do their best to get you in quickly! They did a great job on our Dudes teeth.

Dr B is wonderful. My dog genuinely loves him and will pull my arm off running me into the office!

This was our first visit to this vet and we're super-impressed with everyone in the office. Enough so that we've scheduled surgery for our baby boy who needs a tumor removed from his hind leg. Dr. Bernhard was clear and concise in explaining Charlie's condition and treatment, and we're supremely confident in his surgical skill and expertise. As a bonus, the cost was far less than we were quoted elsewhere for the same procedure.
Update: Charlie's surgery was successful and he's healing nicely. Everyone at Ringtown valley has been wonderful, including two follow-up visits. Really can't say enough good things about this veterinary practice. The best we've ever used for sure.

Doctor B is the best! We are there every 4-5 weeks for a tooth trim for my rat, and because of this continued care, he worked with me on the cost for this service. Other vets in my area wanted to charge over $100 for this service or needed to use sedation. Not Doctor B! The staff is also great. I drive over an hour for his great care, and I would recommend him to all!

Usually no problems. We have been going to Dr. B since we moved to the area in 1993. Recently took our puppers in for an ear problem.

Dr. B is the best! <3 He's very knowledgeable on many animals, including rats. I won't take any of my current or future pets anywhere else!

Best care around for your critters. Very knowledgeable and kind vet and staff. Modern, clean facility. Worth the drive.
