Had great experience here got to meet the famous steve Myers excellent guy looking forward to coming back

I apply for a 2nd shift forklift position had a phone interview the lady rescheduled on me twice and write to me “At this point I would say we won’t move forward with a phone screening for this position then” after she rescheduled twice smh that’s really unprofessional for a business ‍️

The name of this place was put on my load as “Dawn Foods” but I think it was supposed to be “Rise Baking. ” Get ready to drool when you make the turn into the parking lot…the smell of cake baking! I arrived at noon for a 2pm appointment. Check in at the office; there is a sign in sheet there. They gave me a door right away and I was loaded and out by 1: 30p. Tandems go all the way back. There isn’t a ton of room to back up but it’s doable. Once I read the prior reviews I was a bit disappointed that I didn’t know who the legend Steve Myers is! I’m an introvert though. I may have interacted with him and didn’t realize. Everyone was really nice and as someone else previously said, they make drivers feel welcome. You don’t get that a lot otr. I wouldn’t mind going back. Great place to pick up or deliver.

I am a truck driver who often delivers to Rise Baking Company. Today I had the pleasure of meeting one Steve Myers. You can tell he takes great pride in his job and in customer service. I felt compelled to leave a review, based on his professionalism and his overall positive disposition.

I know this is actually for the 805 address but a little confusion on here with the names I just wanted to make sure to give these guys a five-star awesome review, it was a pleasure being unloaded at this place and they actually make you feel welcomed which is extremely rare in this day and age and they treat the driver with respect and make you want to come back, no long waits and completely stress-free environment! I also just want to give a shout out to the forklift driver that unloaded me, Steve Myers is awesome! Had my trailer unloaded in no time, I highly recommend working with these guys, Steve Myers deserves a raise!

Had a delivery there I was late for appointment by 1: 30 Steve Myers put me in door and was unloaded in 30 minutes. What an amazing experience wish more receivers could be like that. Thanks steve

I had an appointment, I’ve got there earlier praying for the load to be unloaded (Last load before home time, y’all know the vibes lol). Steve Myers is the man, that guy took care of me, fast unload, very professional and for some reason my trailer was very clean when he finish, this guy is amazing he even offered me to park in the property if I needed to take a nap before taking of, thank you Mr. Myers!

Had an appointment at 11: 00 am made a check-in at 7: 00 am and was quickly unloaded. Very sociable people

Show up 20 minutes late just to get greeted by Steve Myers who puts me in a door and unloads me in 20minutes. Steve treats people with respect and always has a smile. I enjoy coming here because of him.

Steve Myers’s was very personable. He looked me in the eye and greeted me with a smile and very fast service.

Really great experience. Easy in and out. There was parking on the side of the building and plenty of room to back. Steve Myers was very polite and helpful with getting me in and out of the lot.

Had a delivery here. Got there about an hour early. Was immediately checked in and put into a door. Unloaded within 30 minutes. Steve Myers did an amazing job and made it such a smooth easy delivery. If more facilities ran like this one, it would be a better industry for drivers?
