Every single time I go here something I buy is messed up or poor quality I got a zen o device from here it was defective and on first use ruined my cart and wasted a dab. They asked me to bring it back and would only give me rise points for the return. The worker said it wasn’t user error the device was malfunctioning and sending full voltz each time. Then today I bought a vape pen and I just got home and put my cartridge on it and nothing. I assume it just need charged. Plug it in not light at all. Left it over the charger a few minutes still nothing. I’m SO DONE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. They will tell you they can’t return anything. Don’t waste your hard worked for money here.

I want to begin this by saying the staff here is wonderfull and I don’t blame them for any part of this review. Today I purchased an extract and upon opening it I discovered it was coming out of the container and in the ridges to the cap. When I called to ask about exchange the workers were kind but unfortunately the policy is that I have to contact threads roots the producer. This policy makes zero sense to me if I bought box of Hershey chocolates at Walmart and opened them up to them being melted I would exchange those back at Walmart not with Hershey. It just is an inconvenience when all I wanted is an exchange. I shops at rose on a regular basis and this really deters me from wanting to spend my money here because I don’t feel confident if I ever have an issue they can resolve it.
UPDATE: rise customer service called me after this review was posted. After sending photos of receipts and videos of the leaking product I was issued a credit back for the product. I appreciate that this was done and that’s why I have changed my 1 star to 3.

Crystal made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions that I’ve tried asking others before. She was very friendly and knowledgeable on any subject I had questions about. Very impressed! Obvious she has great deal of experience in this still new and exciting field of medicine

Bri was very calming and helpful. She explained everything to me so well. She even gave me a recommendation on products that she uses that she felt my help me. She kept me from feeling too overwhelmed.

Bri, as always, has been on point when it comes to helping me with orders. I have a lot of knowledge on traps and strains, but she has what I like and need down to a T. Anytime I have a question, she has been more than patient with me, goes above and beyond what I even expect in customer service, and always has been straight up if a strain leans to far in pinene for me. I never question what I bought when I get her; I usually come back to buy another 8th of what she suggested. I’ve even let ppl go in front of me, to wait for her. The more educated the bud tenders are means so much to the patients, along with “ bedside manners”. This is why I’ll even pass up sales from other dispos and go to Rise to get my medicine.

My favorite dispensary that I have been to. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great atmosphere all around!

Ashley has very good customer service. She was very help and even made sure I had a item that wasn't show online at the time. I really appreciate her!

Crystal is one of the nicest people I've worked with at any of the dispensaries. She's very knowledgeable about the products and I always leave with a smile. This dispensary is the best. Open, showcases products and if they don't have what you'd like, they will find an alternative to make sure you get what you need.

Brandy was extremely helpful and extremely friendly and patient. Would very much recommend a visit!

This new thing they came up with that you have to use the kiosk first is ridiculous and talking to someone before is anxious if they have ptsd and wants to communicate with more than one person when all you want to do is go in and get out.
