Doctor is very good and lenses are very good but the people that adjust your new frame don't seem to know what they are doing it took 3 trips to get my new frame right and they where very rude they walk and in the back room and start talking about you thinking you can't hear them and they seem not to want to help you

My husband and I has a great experience with all of the staff and doctor. Early morning appt so we went right in. Great help in selecting our glasses.

Waited 45 min in the waiting room before I said F it and walked whats the point of an appointment time if you arent gonna stick to it

I've been a patient here for many years. Never felt the need to go elsewhere! Attentive staff and an excellent Dr!

The doctor is great! The one staff member Gina is rude, disrespectful and needs to educate her self on optics! She is a blithe on this practice!

My 11 year old daughter and I had our first appointment here just two days ago. We weren't in the waiting room 5 minutes before we were called back. The staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. The doctor was wonderful. My daughter had never had an eye exam before and he was very patient and explained everything to her. Very thorough. The only negative I have is that I felt rushed to decide on frames but other then that I am very pleased.

So far the best eye Dr around, The staff is amazing. Got a great deal on a new pair of glasses. Will definitely being going back in the near future, Highly recommended! 10 stars all the way.

Extremely poor customer service. Tons of hidden charges. May as well not have vision insurance, because it'll still cost you hundreds of dollars out of pocket. Go someplace else!

No feedback after a month of waiting for the grandchildren’s glasses because THEY didn’t get the provider information in time so we wait? Not any longer going to new Eyecare establishment

I waited 45 min in the waiting room when they told me to come 15 min early, and another 25 min waiting for the doctor. It was over an hour past my appt time. I don't recommend this place to anyone.took up too much of my time. Ridiculous!
