Rising Sun Plaza Shopping Center, Philadelphia PA

Arrived at 9: 35 and the restaurant was closed (the sign says 10: 00pm), after a customer that was leaving, the employee cleaning the tables opened the door for me. However, the chicken was HORRIBLE, the little Spanish guy was rude, I assume he was the Manager. Upon leaving at 9: 45, another person was attempting to enter the restaurant, the doors were locked and his excuse was that they needed time to close the restaurant. Wouldn't that be done at 10: 00, as the sign says? WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS POPEYES LOCATION AGAIN

I enjoy shopping at this plaza when I'm in the area because they have a plethora of different stores. Not just for clothing but food too! They have a laundromat, a wine and spirits and a dentist office. They have it all.

We went to the meat market at Rising Sun Plaza to get chicken. 50 lbs of party wings.one very large box.great price.and great quality, fresh wings with blush color and no blood. No broken pieces or chipped bones, etc.

Have some good stores in this mall Aaron's roses Popeyes spikes I like the dollar store to and PJP

I go here solely for the beauty supply store. They have a great selection prices are a tad bit high but

The hair store the Rising Sun Plaza off the chain I know exactly where everything is at and they greet you when you come in the door

I rarely come here the only good stores are pjp and roses. Parking lot is horrible locals drive recklessly and the whole area can be a little frightening to outsiders.

If u want to shop around Rising Sun plaza is the place to go u can shop u can eat its all good try it ur goibg to like.

I went to PjP wholesale and had a wonderful experience every time I go I am greeted with the most pleasant people.

This is an older shopping center that's been around for many years and it seen many changes however continues to serve the community

Planet fitness to department stores and fast food, this place has it all with plenty of parking.

Rising Sun Plaza shopping mall has so much stuff and now pizza hut is there in the mall and I love there pizza

At all times of the day traffic in this area sucks although some of the stores and shops are useful

Small shopping center but you can find about anything you want in this little shopping center with multiple different stores to shop from

Good stores with lots of parking. The PJP store is a club store like Bjs. But without the need for a membership

Black top on pkg lot in real rough shape. Not much disability parking spaces, and they tend to be farther away than usual from store entrances. Specialized, low-budget shops. It all screams, "Low rent. "

Shopped Roses great prices just good luck trying not to crash in the parking lot from some idiot who thinks if he speeds in, he'll get a bigger discount! Horrible neighborhood to drive in. Very dangerous intersection (Adams & Rising Sun).

My favorite place to get my awesome lace front wigs. The best prices in the city. I also really love the little dollar store has such a variety of great buys for every room in the house

Potholes galore. Lots of Boosters selling DVDs out the trunk of their cars. Often congested and hood.

It a big n huge plaza and parking lot too, with lots of food place like subway, popeye, Wendy's n grocery store. On top of that there is a cititrends. I mostly eat in subway.for me it's like a fresh food to eat.n fast n easy. I mean they have fresh cuts of vegetables n meat.and nice sitting area too.for shopping it's a best place. I feel like popeye was nasty.bunch off bad smell n was not perfect.so I didn't went there.
