A fantastic local auto service center. Staffed with professionals, that are reliable and reasonably priced. They get to know their customers and then devise a plan that works for all parties when it comes to any required repair work!

Rissi automotive is a great service location. I take our cars there for their annual inspections and oil changes. The team is always fair and honest about what needs to be fixed. I’ve been very pleased with the service for the past 2 years.

This place used to be on the up and up.but now they out to rip you off. I found another garage who did the work quoted to me by Rissi at just about half of thier price.don't even have the nice guys behind their service desk anymore.they rate below 1 star

Did a few things with our vehicle wife and family has been here for years 3 generations now before these guys took over now I recommend.people go to a really good shop.couldn't bleed the air out of coolant had to on my own good thing I had the time.strut nuts left under hood.for what u pay in pricing these days nope I'm good dind my own work for years if I had air and heat I wouldn't do anything but alignment threw them is all.and people watch out for stickers for iolite changes seen 3000 miles on the sticker pay for synthetic? It isn't synthetic 6000 is.timing went in her car from it. Bro in laws car calls for it and got conventional and chunks came out of the oil pan. Plz keep ur self protected and pay attention to details cause it causes major damage if not.ours was $30,000 cause needed a new car

It was easy to get an appointment that was convenient for me. The quote was very reasonable. The job was done as promised. They did an excellent work. I'm a returning customer.

Completely tried to get one over on my father who spent thousands here, waited for 3 months for a motor mount. Told him he needed new breaks and rotors after all of that to pass inspection and he new they were good so then they changed their tune. Shotty work and disrespectful service.

I have always received very reliable and trustworthy services. The team is very professional and accommodating and I expect to continue utilizing their services in the future.

Pros: These guys are really nice. They do a great job and take the time to understand the customer.
Cons: A little expensive but we can thank good ol Joey for that.

We all know how hard it is to find a reasonable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic you can trust. The same goes for electricians, plumbers, general contractors, hair dressers, etc. I moved to the area almost 5yrs ago and went to the dealership due to a discount card I received for new homeowners. The bells and whistles of rentals etc initially impressed me; however, I ended up having to go back 5 more x's to diagnose and fix my issue in the same month! Luckily I read some reviews and tried Rissi's. 5 yrs later, I have ZERO regrets. I feel they have been very fair and honest with the work I've had done to my 2006 4 Runner that I expect to keep to 300k miles and have helped my family members with their cars as well. Dealing with my "I heard a noise here or there" from myself and my mother, they have looked over everything and provided us answers often with no crazy charges. Thank you Sam, Mike, Sean and the entire Rissi's crew. I am grateful to have found you guys! I highly recommend them!

These guys are fantastic been going to them for years and never had an issue. Mike behind the desk is awesome he always walks me through why things need to be done. Their service is always super fast and the repairs are reliable. Only way I am changing garages is if I move out of the area.

I took my car here to get an issue with my gas tank fixed. $1500 later, and I thought my car was good as new, or so they told me. About two days after I got my car back, the gas pedal in my car completely stopped working, leaving me stuck in an intersection. Someone had to help me push my car into a parking lot nearby. When I brought my car back, the never once apologized, only said that one of the gas lines broke because it wasn't secured all the way. It should have been triple checked after then installed my new fuel pump assembly. Then, around a month later, the same issue happened, only this time I was on the highway. Luckily a cop came and sat behind me until a tow truck could come because I likely would have been hit if he wasn't there. The second time around, they once again never apologized. They said it was the same issue and that the connector must have been "old" or "not connected properly". But I would think that they should have checked all of the gas line connectors the first time this issue happened. To make it even better, because my gas line came disconnected, majority of my gas poured onto the ground. Did they fill my gas tank the second time? Nope. So not only did I pay $1500 for an unreliable job, but I had to spend money on more gas because they didn't want to fill it. I was so terrified to drive my car anywhere after this point because every noise it made or every time the car shifted gears, I was convinced I was going to break down again.
This car was my very first car. I saved every penny I earned for 4 years just to be able to buy that car and they ruined it for me. I never once felt safe driving it after the second time the issue happened. I ended up getting rid of the car last week because I was too paranoid to drive it anymore. I lost something sentimental to me because I was too terrified that their work would fail again. One time is understandable, but twice? And no apologies? Their mistake cost me $1500 for a car I no longer have, and a whole lot of anxiety about driving.
Again, they never apologized until I told them I was getting rid of the car. They sent a $25 gift card to my house for future service I guess to try to make up for the $1500 I spent and the amount of times I had to bring my car back to them to fix. I would never ever bring another car here again. Horrible customer service and clearly unreliable work.

I'm so glad someone recommended Ricci's a couple of years ago. Close to home, friendly, reasonable and trustworthy. I tell everyone who asks about auto mechanics to take their cars to Ricci's!

Rissi’s has done an excellent job maintaining & repairing all of our vehicles. We have been using them for the last couple of years and they have always been professional and attentive. I wish we found them sooner.

As a college students that is about 150 miles from home, it's scary when you have car problems (especially tire problems) and your family/local mechanic isn't nearby. Rissi's has solved that problem. From plugging a hole in my tire to resealing a leaking rim, Rissi's has been able to help at a moment's notice and has always priced fairly. 10/10 experience.

Nice shop that's right down the road from me. The people there are friendly and honest. Repairs are reliable and done in a timely fashion. Prices have been around what I'd expect for services rendered. I will continue to be a repeat customer.
