I usually prefer to go to the E Market St location, even though this one is closer to my home. This location seems to have fewer flavors I like and the E Market St team is more capable. Still, if I'm in the area, it's still worth a stop.

Went to Rita’s tonight and it was absolutely a great experience. The cashiers name at the window was Julia and she provided some of the best service I had in awhile!

The girls working were patient and helpful in explaining the difference of everything as it was my aunts first time!
