Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, Collingdale PA

Great kids and manager working this location. I stop occasionally after school pick-up. Plenty of parking, drive-thru, and outside seating.

We come to this Rita’s all the time! Every time they are SUPER friendly and quick! We’re always so happy coming here! Keep up the amazing work!

Rita's makes my day! I ordered a medium Mango Gelati with vanilla custard a few days ago and, again, it never stood a chance of me taking a picture of it! Maybe next time.

Customer service was poor.the girl that took my order was very rude. When I asked for a sample of there pineapple water ice she act like she didn't wanna even give it to me. I will not go back here.

I have been coming to this Rita's for so many years. It's good water ice but they don't have that homemade taste and feel to it any more. The whole thing has become very commercial, even the service.

Their drive through was fast. Cashier was very polite and patient when my granddaughters were selecting their flavor.thxs

The portions were great and the water ice tasted fresh. When you ask for extra custard they actually give you extra custard with a smile.

Love the drive through attribute. They move pretty quickly but there can be a little wait on busy days.

Staffing has changed, was not impressed with the people working there now.maybe they are just new and started working there.

Has some of the best water ice and my favorite flavor from here is the Cherry water ice. I also love their Gelati’s too.

Good customer service from time to time. However more training is needed for the new, Young employee's. Your order will be wrong at times. Keep your eye's on your order with this people working here! Collingdale location

Rita's is the best water ice hands down and has sugar free water ice for people who can't have sugar staff is friendly and fast

The service was great. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and went out her way to satisfy me. I love the fact that it has a drive thru. What I didn't like was the fact that it didn't have any flavors that I liked and the one flavor that I settled for was not ready and I would have to wait 5min. They also messed up one of my requested water ices. Overall it was an okay experience. I would visit again and just hope they have my flavors ready.

This Rita's has got to be the #1 is the US. Fantastic service and the Swedish Fish is the most refreshing iced drink I have ever tasted. I wish I could give this location a 6th star! Bravo.

Loved the place. One draw back is they never keep banana water ice for long. As long as they stay open, I will go.

Custard is delicious! Just be aware that all their sundaes come with strawberry sauce on them, weather you choose that as a topping or not.

I got a "Concrete". Banana custard, cookie dough and sprinkles. It was expensive but very good.

Collingdale's Rita's is a beacon on MacDade Blvd. The staff is so accommodating and the place is so clean and pretty. The cheese pretzels are delicious and are the perfect match with pumpkin ice.
