I had never been to a Rita's Italian Ice before now. My brother has me addicted. From the custard to the Italian ices with real fruit in them, I've never had anything like this. The prices are reasonable and it's a refreshing snack all summer long. Well worth a visit.

I love the cotton candy Italian ice. My fiance loves the custards. We will go back again for sure

I am a number one fan of mango and vanilla gelato and my husband of coconut with vanilla, they are delicious, the girls are very friendly, good service, I recommend it

I had a gelati and it was a root beer float it was excellent I loved it I got a large with words it's very reasonable. The girls were very very nice. Plenty of parking I want to say that if you're in the area go it's such a nice. Listen I can't leave no pictures I already ate it

I came at 8: 15 for free water ice day and they were out of flavors such as mango! So sad.

Tasty ices and very friendly staff! Extra points when one of the kids dropped a portion of their ice cream, they cleaned it up immediately and offered to replace it. This quickly resumed smiles all around. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Rita's is a great place to be on a hot summer day! Absolutely love the different flavors of ice. Plus, the park is just a short walk where you can sit on scattered benches and watch the ducks & geese swim/walk around the lovely pond.

Staff is very kind. Facility is clean. I had the sugar free Dragon Fruit flavored ice and it was very good. Looking forward to trying new flavors.

Love Rita's, my doggo loves his pup cups, I just wish they would have a larger variety of sugar free options but I am grateful they have any.most places don't

I wouldn’t say it was some horrible place, but there were three teenagers running the place when I was there yesterday. No line as it was pretty cold out and had to wait about ten minutes. I watched some of the girls walk by a few times. Two of the girls were great, and one was just rude. The ice was good though.

Overall okay. Just the rudeness threw me off I guess.

Great place to stop by after dinner with the kids. Would of gave 5 stars but the KIDS working the counter needs a few pointers on customer service.

Shoutout to the young lady working on June 5th between 7-9pm wearing the Univ of Pittsburgh Panthers hoodie. My husband asked for extra sprinkles for my ice cream and she straight up murdered my custard in sprinkles. I've never actually seen someone truly give extra sprinkles before. I hope good fortune and happiness follow her wherever she goes.

It's Rita's, always the same. Very good. It is a bit expensive and the parking is very limited.

My favorite indulging place to be. Staff is quick with service and always patient, well some of their staff anyways. They carry my favorites flavors and they have created some really interesting creations for me without questions. Love coming here with family and friends.
