Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard, Quakertown PA

The employees there are rude & nothing my family got was good. Unorganized to say the least. Will not be back.

We always have a wonderful experience at our local Rita's! It's an adorable little shop with wonderful employees! We enjoyed Gelatis, water ice and even a dog bone for our pup! The Dr Pepper water ice was delicious and a new one for us to try. We will be back!:)

This is the best Rita’s anywhere. I’m guessing they use the same ingredients as the others, but in today’s times that little extra you get from being treated kindly by friendly people makes it so much better. The owners are also huge supporters of the community, thank you for being awesome!

Strange review but that place smelled strongly of deodorizer/dry sheets when we went. It gave me a head ache. When I got home I realized even the kids cups smelled! That can’t be healthy

Dr pepper ice taste like chemicals and watermelon ice didn't taste like watermelon. Vanilla ice cream was good. Only reason why I'm giving two stars.

I went yesterday and there was a lot of disorder, the friends of some employees arrived and they stopped completing my order because they were serving them, young people without supervision, the worst

If you're looking for an inexpensive but satisfying summer treat, Rita's is a strong option. A wide variety of water ice flavors (mango, strawberry, Swedish Fish, S'mores, etc.) as well as many custards (vanilla, chocolate, banana, black cherry, and more) with toppings of your choice will please many a palate.

Let me start by saying that this isn't your ordinary Rita's Italian Ice location! Number 1: it's an indoor & air-conditioned location meaning the customer doesn't bake outside when it's hot & humid. Number 2: they offered flavors I hadn't seen or sampled in the past (I was lucky enough to sample & select SF Dragonfruit). Number 3: the customer service was phenomenal (not really out of the ordinary at Rita's) I could really go on and on or, you could try this location out for yourself & see just exactly what i'm referring to!

We prefer Rosemarie’s, but figured we would give Rita’s a try. When you order a cone with custard, they don’t even put any IN the cone, just along the top edge and then make a swirl. The Dr Pepper water ice was Ok. The custard at Rosemarie’s has a much smoother, creamier texture than at Rita’s. The employees were friendly, and the place was clean, so that’s why I am giving it three stars, instead of just one.

Parking in the back is tight, but on street parking is always easy. Only 1 or 2 small tables inside but the picnic tables in the back are great. Glad they're back in downtown Quakertown

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. I spilled my milkshake all over my car went I accidentally slammed the cup holder against the door. I went back in to order another one. The girls offered to help me clean up the mess I made in my car. I will definitely be returning to this store.
