Rite Aid, Philadelphia PA

It's seems as though every time I call with a question at night the female answers the phone very nasty or they hang up on you like they to busy now this is the second time I called this store and had a problem if they don't wanna work why come that is bad customer service

Long lines, so I went to the empty pharmacy line, like I've done in the past and was told that if I'm not picking up a script, I need to wait in the longer line.

I have been to the rediclinic a Few times. Each time I’ve gone they have been nothing but kind, very informative, and very courteous. I wish this could be a doctors office I would go here instead of my own doctors office because there’s never a week and it’s always clean and because of what I said above. If you need a quick medical services or forms filled out I suggest coming to this way you won’t regret it.

I went for a TB test.the nurse was very hands on, and understanding. She was so nice and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time I was with her.

They have an item for your every shopping need. The cashiers are polite & the Pharmacist are very knowledgeable. They can give you information any type of medication in the store.

Friendly staff. Helpful pharmacy. Good deals with your price plus card. They also have a Red Box outside.
