82 times i was there, the overnight staff couldn't honor sale priced items due to cash register and infared gun issues.some staff give the impression that the DON'T care to interact with you because that would bother them. So customer service a little to be desired.
Told me I can’t exchange something without a receipt when clearly their policy says I can as long as I used my rewards card And show proper ID Place is a joke!
Was just trying to exchange hair dye for a different color And I did use my rewards card at the time I purchased it they could’ve easily looked it up but they are lazy!
If there was zero stars I’d choose that. I’ve been calling this “business” for two days and no answer from anyone. The most unprofessional establishment ever. I also was waiting in the pharmacy drive thru line more than half hour. I will definitely be changing my pharmacy else where.

Today I was in store. This dark skin Latina big size lady came up to me and accused me for stealing in store and said that they had me on camera and told me never come back into the store again, but they wouldn’t give me the proofs that they have on camera and refused to call the police too. This Rite Aid store is very terrible.
The pharmacy dept is terrible, they treat ppl like trash, they always have attitudes, especially the young girl that is latina that is a lil heavy set that looks like a man, she's the worse and soooo rude, the maneger needs to do something about their attitude, like costumer training or something
If you want to live do not get your medication from here! They take forever and they like to lose your prescriptions & if you confront them about it they get nasty.
Today on October 2017, I always shop with myself or with my son, I walked in in this location with a bag from family dollar when I walked in it beep. Was only in the store for five minutes and walked out because the line was long halfway walking a new security came out call-in me back to the store, I told him when I came in it beep, had receipt from the other store, and also pass my bag to see it beep, like I stoked anything. Keep on eye, by the color, dress likely they accused of stealing. Won't shop anymore there.
