Rite Aid, Pittsburgh PA

I have been dealing with Tracey in Pharmacy for many years and always get professional, caring, efficient and prompt assistance, no matter the issue. She's a delightful person. She facilitates RX renewal and deliveries. I shop there, too, and the staff is just terrific. I love the rewards program, giving me savings every time I shop.

I like rite aid they give you discount of everything in the store the mkre you buy the more the discount plus they have everything l need

Absolutely terrible.i switched my prescriptions from cvs to this rite aid about half a year ago, and this is, by far, the worst pharmacy i’ve been to.my prescriptions are never ready on time, and i’m always given the same “i’m sorry, we’ve been really busy today” excuse.

I absolutely love this Rite-aid. ALL of the staff (day and night) are very nice. If you find something wrong with a place or person you were probably already having a bad day and were looking for it.

Pharmacy is not open until 9am. Convenience store opens earlier, but if your store is called "Ride Aid Pharmacy" then in my opinion you can't say you're open until the pharmacy is open.

Pharmacy staff is kind, quick, professional, and all around a joy to interact with. They are genuinely helpful in answering questions around medication (both over the counter and prescribed).

Due to high volume of the location, one of my prescriptions frequently has to be ordered (with a 2 day wait), but the text notification system alerts as soon as your medication is ready for pick up. Recommend giving a small cushion with refilling prescriptions if not on automatic refill.
