Rite Aid on 56th and Chestnut or 57th and Chestnut they might as well stay close because they don’t have nothing we really need

Legitimately the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Have been here 4 times in the past week because they keep having issues with trying to fill 2 basic scripts. Their record keeping is awful and no one knows what they’re doing

They are slow at everything.especially the pharmacy, they barely answer the phone at all I have called thousands of times and no answer but when I get there its 3 of them in the back doing nothing.

Been trying to call this store they have my prescription ready the phone keeps making a busy signal what should I do

This location SUCKS! They don't answer the phone, no one's ever in the pharmacy, poor customer service skills at the counter. The crappy service is only 2nd to Family Dollar.

For the 2nd time this week they’re closed due to floor cleaning every week they’re closed from 12AM-6AM cleaning floors they need to get a better system if this is suppose to be a 24hr store.so incinvient

Customer service skills are horrible. They rather socialize amongst themselves before attending to a laying customer!

The guards are probably the best employees they have even though they should have more there but the cashiers never there they even catch attitudes when it’s time for customer service
it’s probably they smart for closing so nobody can catch an lawsuit for but customer don’t see that OTHER THEN THAT THE GUARDS IS THE ONLY ONES I ASK HELP FOR THEY GREET YOU WITH A SMILE AND BE KIND

Everytime I am forced to go into this pharmacy everyone has an attitude
. If you don't wanna deal with people why work in a customer service position? Rite Aid corporate office really needs to do something about them they will cause people to go elsewhere.

It's usually crowded. Its even crowded 2am - 3am - 4am. There is enough staff people just don't care to work the register.

Very rude, unhelpful, uncaring, and slow. The pharmacist was more ignorant than the counter help. Rite Aid needs to be ashamed to hire these type of non emphatic people!

They suck. I've overheard confidential info being discussed loudly from behind the counter too many times.they're rude and are unwilling to help.

The pharmacists don't use gloves when refilling bottles. The pharmacist touched her hair and answered phone calls, and then touch medications without wearing gloves. This is just unacceptable!

Manager didn't even try to help me find what I was looking for. She told me the wrong aisle and then when I went back and asked for assistance, she pretty much shrugged me off and went back to cleaning the glass for the tobacco products

Says 24 hour rite aid and they were cleaning the floors so we asked how long until stores opened again. It's 2: 40am now and they said 7am.

Signs all over the place open 24 hours I try to get in at 1am the dude coming outside to get a smoke says they're close until 4.

I always have to call over and over for my prescription to be filled, went in there today for my son medicine and they said it wasnt ready, i called my doctor, put them on the phone with him and they pulled the medicine from behind the counter. They give people the run around and they dont answer the phones when you call. This is my last time going there.

I order my mediation at 2pm and didn't receive a phone call telling me it's ready so I decided to call, no answer kept calling no answer finally got here and the pharmacist tell me we out. SMH stood there waiting for 30 more minutes for the pharmacist to check and see what other rite aid has it in stock.
