Rite Aid, Palmerton PA

I shouldn’t even give this rite aid pharmacy a 1 star honestly. The associate in the pharmacy section is extremely rude. She has glasses. I waited for a half hour for my prescription and it wasn’t filled. So I went home and tried to call and got no answer and I called at least 8 time. 2 hours later finally got a hold of someone she was the rudest woman ever. I will never be getting a prescription here again. I get you’re short staffed but that doesn’t mean you need to be an a hole. I hope this girl gets fired

Garbage pharmacy. Never answer the phone calls even when it’s slow. Maybe if the pharmacist stopped flirting with the boys in the back. Maybe they would answer.

Waited at the counter for an associate. Walked around and found a rude one. Finally, showed up at the register. A purchase was marked in error, I asked for it to be voided. Of course, has to call a manager. Manager was finally arriving and the associate told her that she better hurry up because I was in a hurry. Manager did nothing about her big mouth. She told the manager that I was rude. Chasing after an associate to ring up an order is rude? Can you imagine expecting a cashier to ring up your purchases? Many spots on the shelves were bare and the parking lot was full of garbage. Nothing their jobs. It’s faster to drive to Walnutport. Much nicer store and employees.

Great place for gift buying, cards, cosmetics, detergent, baby needs and MORE! Plus prescriptions. Staff is kind + funny! They always ask about your rite aide cards, so you'll NEVEF miss out on discounts.

A little outdated but got the job done during an emergency away from home. Pharmacy staff was polite and helpful.

The one pharmacy clerk is very unhelpful. I was trying to question the price and why it was 5 times more then what I usually pay. She wouldn’t answer any of my questions. I felt completely rushed and ripped off.

I don’t know if she is the manager or just an employee but her name is Angie and she was very rude to me and from what I understand is usually late and extremely unprofessional and doesn’t belong in consumer service

They are very unfriendly and not very communicative. Does not answer the phone. They really need to be friendlier. And wait for prescriptions is ridiculous

Nicole is the most amazing pharmacist I have ever met. You can tell that she truly cares about her customers and makes a HUGE effort to help them to her best ability. Every single time I speak to Nicole she goes above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this Rite Aid Pharmacy because Nicole will ensure that you have the best experience.
