Rite Aid, Wellsboro PA

Everytime that I have been to this Rite Aid the people could not have been friendler. All employes would get a A+ for their actions. The only thing is that two employes isn't enough for this store I let the phone ring for almost a full hour. At the very least there will be some customers that will find another Pharmacy. I for one will not quit going to this store because I have seen how hard that the one's that do work there try to please the customers. I realize that It's not Rite Aids fault the the whole world is full of lazy people. I'm sure that these people that refuse to work in a clean place wouldn't be Rite Aids choice of employes anyway. I personally think that Rite Aid is a first class establishment. I feel real bad for the people that still have pride in themselves and are trying their best to serve the public the best that they can are struggleing so much. For the people that have chose to stay you are great people, don't let anyone get you down If people can't see that your short handed and even may get rude with you say a prayer for them. And believe me people
will. One more thing Rite Aid your not alone with the shortage of help. Even hospitals need help that they can't get

I am completely disappointed with Rite Aid in Wellsboro.my child is not well. I took her to the Dr who gave us Amoxicillin. Due to the demand, CVS does not have it. Weis and CVS in Mansfield is out as well. CVS called Rite Aid who stated they had the medication but refused to take the prescription verbally from the pharmacist. CVS faxed it as a stood there. I drove to RIte Aid, waited 20 minutes, and they stated they still did not have it said we should just go elsewhere. Ok, so I call CVS who stated this has been a continued problem and apologized and called walmart who fortunately had it, took the script verbally and had it ready when I got there 20 minutes later.
I am not sure what the problem is with Rite Aid but my child should not have to be hauled around feeling miserable and sleeping on the floor with her blanket while waiting because you choose to be disrespectful!

The pharmacy seems to be ran by a bunch of high school kids. Almost every month they receive my prescription days, sometimes a week ahead of time but they still can’t seem to have it when I need to pick it up. This month I called a day or two ahead of time to give them a heads up and they still can’t figure out how to preplan or have what I need on the day I need it, but they can have it 3 days from now. I can’t go one day without it and they know that. I gave them 2 stars because it doesn’t happen every month, just every other.

Would give 0 stars if was possible. Extremely long wait times for prescriptions. Important medications have been shorted on several occasions and they refuse to look into the actual cause of pills coming up missing.

Rite Aid Stores are well equipped with items you use and need every day. Their staff is friendly and quick to assist. I have enjoyed shopping at Rite Aid for many years and will continue to do so gladly.

My husband went up to get my medicine, Was very happy as we ordered ahead and it was all ready to go! He’s happy I’m happy! It was on sale for a great price.

I was in a rush and the was only one person working the check out window. The pharmacist was there along with another person and I was told I needed to wait. Any other place I have went the people would not stand around even the pharmacist would have checked me out. They were not very polite. However the lady who checked me out was very sweet but it was busy with the car window. No excuse why others could have not stepped in. That does not show very good customer service. Kudos to the sweet lady who checked me out and with a bright smile doing even though there were people waiting!

Absolutely rediculus call to have a precipitation refilled its never ready not even the next day is it ready. We will be going to another pharmacy.

Lines were long at pharmacy but the employees zipped right through us in a matter of a few minutes. And positive attitude being how busy they were.

This place doesn't know how to answer the phone. When you go in the store it Takes about 30 minutes to talk to someone at the pharmacy.

Today we were in the Wellsboro RiteAid to get our COVID vaccines. When we first arrived it wasn’t busy. We were waited on promptly. Staff were very friendly. While waiting for the actual shot, it got very very busy. There were two woman trying to keep up with it all. Yes we had to wait.and yes I got slightly annoyed, but when it was explained to me that it was just the two of them trying to do all the COVID stuff plus people picking up prescriptions both inside and at the window. I felt bad to have taken my frustrations out on them. Thank you ladies for what you are doing. And I will remember to be more patient!

We've been in the drive through for 40 minutes. This is our 3rd attempt to pick up a Rx. The parking lot is filled, yet no one is shopping, they are all in line at the prescription counter! The lady in front of us had a problem with her order. She should have been told to come into the store to take care of it. She's been talking to the counter lady for 30 minutes! Wake up management!

The cashier/window clerk was great but all the pharmacists did was complain about their job. If your gonna complain about your profession do it behind closed doors not out in the open. Customers do not care to hear your problems.

As for the reply below there is really nothing to discuss but thanks for the response. At least someone or something noticed. I would of thought I was crazy but the others behind me thought the same thing as me. Again, I appreciate the response.

Horrible.wait forever in the drive thru all the time and in the pharmacy line. More than half the time they don't even acknowledge the customer waiting. They text that scripts are ready yet the only have some ready, not all requested.

I've had a particularly long wait today.about 15 -20 minutes in the drive through with the line moving only slightly (some movement because people gave up and left) Well, I decided to go inside because I really did need my prescription.well another wait of about 15 min.again. NO QUICK STOP HERE. I guess they need more help or? Then to top it off.when it was FINALLY my turn.it seemed it still wasn't filled (though when I checked the status 2 days ago.it was going to be ready in 20 minutes!) Also my prescription jumped in price more than 4x what it has been for years. (I was warned it had gone up, but opted to fill it because I was out of my medicine) thankfully I can transfer my prescription to Weis Pharmacy.gr8 prices there and wonderful service! I like Rite Aid's store, but can't go the pharmacy anymore.
