Rite Aid, Mt Pocono PA

Drive through window closed for lunch at 1: 30 PM on Saturday 5/6/2023. The very impolite pharmacy worker came to the window to tell me she was on lunch at 1: 32 PM rather than just allowing me to pickup a prescription. Seemingly it took longer to tell me the counter was closed after the closing time than it would have taken to hand out the prescription.

Not only do they lack in good help and make u wait on line forever but the pharmacy workers goes on a lunch break all at the same time I mean it would be smarter for them To alternate lunch times with co workers so when someone comes there for medicine at 1: 30 in the after noon they are not turned away cause the whole pharmacy is out to lunch. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they close for lunch.

This location should hire security. The clerk left his register open just to follow me around the store. I won’t be shopping here again

I never have any issues with rite aid. Maria is so sweet she always helps me figure out my meds and she's got the patience of a saint because I know I can be a pain in the rump roast.

Not sure what the heck I did to the lady on this chipper Wednesday morning but she is SO RUDE. Talks to me like I'm stupid and is a smart a.no freaking reason lady! Totally awful experience!

Customer service is horrible Maria. I’ve been here 21 years and those people that come from other towns to work at rite aid, cvs. They need to go back to school. I go to Allentown and mind you I live in mt pocono. And they treat me better it’s sad how they wanted more but treat individuals as if they didn’t work or have an urgency for their MEDS. But I bluntly am gonna say if I were white they would have taken real good care of me. I have several white friends and they don’t even act like these people in these pharmacies act. Cvs only the pharmacist whom is helpful. Their crew is horrible. Rite aid took the cake. Anyway!

PAMELA at the drive through window is horribly rude. Our 15 yr old son gets meds related to his PROGNOSIS. Pamela, when my wife asks you if you want a name, it's because we're frequent customers and we're heartbreakingly familiar with the process. From now on, you WILL extend some courtesy to your customers. We're in direct contact with Mario, your Regional Manager. You never know the customer OR the situation.

I've been searching for medical grade super glue do think that a pharmacy store would show it on there website NO JUST REGULAR SUPER GLUE I can get what I want on LINE YOUR JUST SHOWING PEOPLE WE CAN LIVE WITHOUT YOU

This rite aid is the worst they never have your medication ready they ask for 2 hours and still never ready it comes to the point that you have to call in advance if not your stuck going down there and finding out 2hrs later that you have no medication. But then they never pick up there phone so that you can find out it’s a big mess and very frustrating especially when your in dire need of your medicine.

Pamela was very friendly and kind. I will definitely be back! When I went to enter 5 stars on the checkout it stopped at 3 stars and exited out. Please fix this so it doesn't look like your associates are getting fewer stars than they actually are. And please tell Pamela that Sara from Colorado says thanks!

Generally the pharmacist staff isn’t that friendly. Will see you standing there and not say anything. Very slow service for drive-thru as well. Items are generally way overpriced and you can do better at a CVS or Walgreen’s. Go to CVS up the street instead!

This pharmacy will have you wait 30 minutes or more and you’re only the second car in line every time. Hope you don’t have to be anywhere.

The associate are very well spoken courteous welcoming to the store and the pharmacy as well there time is impeccable I always go there and i usually wait no longer then 20 min tops all the pharmacist are so kind and so are the girls that work with the pharmacist I love going there this rite aid know what type of people to hire and how to train there associate I am telling you this place is the bast

They always have what you need, including those extras that save you a trip to the grocery store. Cashiers are always polite.

Signs on doors say you may only enter if wearing a face mask. Which is great. And I saw female employee ask a man to leave bc he didn’t have one. But.why did the gentleman employee walking around and was ringing myself and other people out not have a face mask?
