The pharmacy cashier recognized it was my birthday. And wished me a happy birthday! Best day ever!
The workers are very RUDE and has no respect for customers waiting in line. The manager is the worse dealing with customers!
This store is close to my home. For years this was my favorite RiteAid and I was there at least 2x a week. Now I still use Rite Aid but not this location. This is a neighborhood with many senior citizens. I am now one. I can not make my way around a store without a cart to lean on. For some reason this location has chosen to not provide shopping carts. It's hard to believe that they are totally unaware of the needs of so many people. Its insulting.
I am not happy with the people that work at this location. I arrived at this store at 9: 45pm, the website said they were open until 11pm. By 9: 55pm I was told the store was closing in 5min. I took my two things I really needed and went to the register to pay for my stuff but the cashier realized that the money drawers were already taken. When a manager was called the woman basically said they are closed and basically made me leave without the stuff I needed. No apology or anything just like oh well who cares. Very unprofessional and rude employees and I will not be coming to this location even if it’s the closest one to me.
They’re lacking. Why is my Rx NOT ready when it was called in HOURS ago? Then the one guy seems rude.
On your website it is written you close at 10 pm I paid 50 usd on uber to collect my prescriptions it is 8: 49 and pharmacy closed
Always treat me like I've stolen something before, regardless of how many non- theft visits before. Never treated like white people are when I enter! I'm starting to take it personally!
