Rite Aid, Columbia PA

I never have a good experience at this place when it comes to the pharmacy, ALL of the pharmacy staff are rude, they roll their eyes at you (it’s hard to hear thru that speaker in the drive thru) and especially the Asian pharmacist, she is nasty when she speaks to you, hangs up on you when you call! As soon as I get to my new doctor I will be changing pharmacies, I have been here for years and years and I just cannot stand the people who work back there anymore!

The staff is always so kind, and I love my pharmacy there. Everyone there is always willing to go the extra mile to make things right.

I've never gotten a prescription from here before today and the service was super fast and friendly! CVS was out of amoxicillin and told me to call rite aid and if they had it they could send the prescription to them! I did this and now my child has her antibiotics the same day! Thank you rite aid for amazing service! I will definitely come back here again!

Rite Aid drugstore very convenient for location. Needed a few items an employees were very helpful an greeted me as I shopped. Helped locate an item I needed. Everyone was very helpful an courteous. So very grateful to them an it's nice to see workers taking the time to help a customer.will definitely visit again.

Don't bother scheduling a Covid vaccine here. Rite Aid will text you a hundred times to confirm and once you get there, the pharmacist will tell you they "can't" without any explanation.

Pharmacist and the lady there are both wonderful and knowledgeable. Awesome customer service!

Absolutely love Alexander, who is 1 of the pharmacists, takes great care to make sure everything is right for you the customer.

Shame on you rite aid. Just paid 12 dollars for 6 rolls of generic toliet paper. Really! Glad to see your profiting during a time of crisis! Promise it'll be the last thing i ever buy from you with morals such as ones your currently displaying. Disgusted to think of the millions that are already stressed from a loss of income and a decline in necessities only to find out they have to pay increased prices for these items.

I love the pharmacy crew. They're the best. The whole staff is the nicest folks I know. They always ask me if I need help. I'm disabled and they take good care of me, Nikki, Jesse, and Alex are the nicest pharmacist I've ever known and I want to personally say thank you to them and everyone at that store. They are the best! They treat me good and as far as I can see, they treat everyone else with the deepest respect and care. Thank you Guys.

I went here for one thing and I ended up buying two cases of H2O because it was BOGO!
And the clerk that was working was so very nice that she actually put my cases of H2O in my shopping cart and then asked me if I would like her to help me put them in my car.
Wait what? Hardly anybody does that anymore, as I was a bit startled, I said yes that would be awesome. And she pushed my cart out to my car and actually put the cases of water in my trunk for me! Thank God for people like this.

Horrible! This is why 3rd party atms are the worst! Who knows when I will get reimbursed ‍️

Giving one star is too many. The cashier was one of the most unfriendly people. Had no knowledge of anything. I'm glad I don't have to back to this store.
