I give this store a 5 star because the store is cleaned and the staff is nice
The pharmacy director, Matt, is rude and treats customers poorly. The only reason my medication was filled was because I called the store. I shouldn’t have to call the store every time to check on my medication. Isn’t that what the automatic text messages are for that they never send? He tried arguing with me because I told him that I felt the need to report him to customer service. If I have a complaint, I should not be reprimanded for it. Instead, they should try to better their service for next time. Do better!
Rite aid on Elmira St. Behind the burger king.was very net and clean. Didn't have to wait to check out and the girl there was very friendly.
