19The staff at this Rite Aid both in the pharmacy and the front of the store are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is busy and the techs and pharmacists work as an efficient team to keep the line moving without sacrificing the interaction.
Last 2 times I came to the pharmacy in November I have received fast efficient service which is a major improvement from past visits for years. Not sure if it’s new staff or what but something is working better!
Smh where do i even begin. The past few month's Riteaid doesn't answer the phone at all. My prescription is never ready even when i wait day's to go & finally pick it. I literally have to wait up to an hour for meditation my Dr. Sent to this location 2/4 Day's prior! And it's always the same excuse " We're backed up" It's always a problem with my meds. It's all NEW Employees you don't even get to text saying IT'S TIME FOR YOUR REFILL ANYMORE. THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE
They don't clean at all.sad cause sick people are coming there to pick up meds the pharmacy has spit marks all on the glass an it's old spit marks.they don't wipe the pad down where you swipe ur card an then the screen wanna ask all these questions. So ur forced to touch it just to get your medication NASTY PLACE
I guess you have to be near death for the pharmacy part to answer your call. Please don't write me back sayig you are sorry that I had a bad service with this Pharmacy. You guys are the worst with customer service. Even when you go for a pick up it's like the snail line, you are guys are horrible I don't even know if you can fix this problem. Just pathetic and a disgrace to us as your customers. This is for all the Rite Aid Pharmacy.
This Rite Aid Pharmacy is the worst. They are rude, unprofessional, make many mistakes, and take all day. 1 star is overrated.

Never answer my phone call and threaten to return my medication if not pickup by tomorrow how am I gonna resolve this if y'all don't answer the phone why have a phone if y'all don't answer it anyway
Needs a drive through. There is room. Never answers phone. Rings and rings. Have to call back several times. Sometimes takes a few hours to finally get someone.
This Rite Aide location is where my Mother has all of her prescriptions filled. I can honestly say that the pharmacy associates are patient and extremely helpful. There was a communication issue between the pharmacy and information my Mother received from her physician, but the pharmacy tech (Nadiera) was extremely helpful and patient and we were finally able to figure out the problem and get my mother her meds. I would have given a 5 star; however, we always have an issue with the phone being answered and this time was no exception. Fortunately for me, my Mother lives close by and she has me to run these types of errands for her; however, I can see this being a challenge for other elderly patients who do not have access to a caregiver or someone who can drive over to address their issues.
Another unprofessional experience x with the pharmacy staff.they open at 9 I was hung up on twice called back a 3rd time and immediately placed on hold. Drove 25 mins to the store there's not a single customer but the staff is standing around talking and laughing and had the audacity to get upset when I asked why I was on hold for so long. I have only used Rite Aid for my scripts for the past 15 years and suddenly there's no profile for me as a customer. Sick of the nonsense with Rite Aid employees taking my business elsewhere.
This pharmacy use too be alright. They are horrible now. They always messing up something. It's bad. I was calling there they put me. On hold for so long I being there yesturday my third time. My doctor told he send my prescription there. They said they don't have it it's so frauustrating dealing with them. I am going change pharmacy

Paying customer and partner delivering orders from their pharmacy. The pickups are fast but the pharmacist was a bit rude and had me cancel an order then later lied about it. I’ll edit this rating if I notice improvement.
The pharmacy is here is unprofessional. Under HIPPA guidelines you are not supposed to say loudly what medicine a customer is picking up and they have a habit of doing that. If I wanted everyone to know what I’m picking up, I’d announce it myself. Then the attitudes are ridiculous.
The Rite Aid have a wonderful sweet 87 year old cashier doing her thing by still working and serving her customers with a smile.
Pharmacy team is fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Guess what? I got service with a smile! COVID-19 protocols observed as team wears masks. Really a clean and organized store with easy to find Isle markings. They do a great job keeping shelves stocked for such a large store. Pharmacy team is really experienced and quick to offer suggestions. Great fast, fun and friendly checkout experience.
TIP: don't do heavy shopping during the AM rush as the quick stop shoppers are impatient. Check maps for best times that suits you. Oh, don't get mad not finding what you're looking for as they have supply line issues like every one else.

Horrible site. The Store Manager is rude and doesn't care about people and their medications. They need a better delivery service. I was fighting Breast cancer and could NEVER get my medication delivered to me. I had to call my daughter 30 mins away to get them for me. Horrible customer service.wish I could give them a -0.
