Severely understaffed and incompetent pharmacy. People are waiting in line an hour to get their prescriptions. We made appointments for vaccines and still waited an hour and a half. The consult room (where you receive your vaccinations) was covered in trash and the sharps bin was overflowing. There was trash from needles and band-aids all over the floor. This can’t be safe!

As a medical professional trying to contact them is useless. A patients family member tried to pick up their medications from here. Was told they did not have them. I tried to help the family member by contacting this location several times and they do not answer their phone, nor do they respond to voicemails. This is unacceptable. Their provider has also attempted to call them and leave messages as well with no answer. The patients care team was forced to send their prescriptions to another facility.

- Drive-through pharmacy was closed. Not for lunch, just closed. No explanation.

- The day after my doctor called in the prescription I called an hour beforehand to give a heads up that I was coming to pick it up, but it’s still was not ready.

- once it was ready, I got back in line again (In store, drive-through still closed) where I listened to them turn 2 different elderly ladies away that were looking to get the Covid vaccination. They were told to get onto the app to make an appointment for another day even though they claimed, understandably, they did not know how to use the app. And despite the fact that it is advertised everywhere, that walk in vaccinations are welcome.

- once it was my turn, they told me the total Without if I had any questions about my medication or asking about insurance. I told them I had a good RX card which made my prescription cheaper. I was told that they were going to have to cancel the transaction and start over again in order to use the good RX code, and it was obvious that they were not happy about it. Someone walked off with my phone, in order to get the good RX code I presume, and didn’t come back for nine minutes. Apparently it takes that long to cancel a transaction.

I’m not a person that leaves reviews normally but the lack of customer service here seems to deem it necessary.

The store is conveniently located and has many of the items needed for health and wellness. The staff is always cordial and helpful. The store is very organized and clean.

If you need to get in touch with the pharmacy don't bother calling.they won't answer. EVER. You have to physically go to the location to ask a prescription question, request a refill because their app is defunct, or for any other need. If you contact merchandise they just say "welp, they're short staffed and there's nothing we can do. " Worst customer service. Congrats, Rite Aid at Leader Heights - you've earned a huge zero for your gross lack of customer experience. Get your act together.

Worst pharmacy EVER. It is hit or miss if anybody is even available to get your prescription for you. They never have enough people staffed. I am in dire need of my medicine tonight and I’m gonna have to go to the ER because they decided to close at 6 due to staffing issues. My husband pulled up, the pharmacist was there, but he just pointed to the sign and turned around. I am sick and tired of these people actually messing with our prescriptions and when we need them they should go out of business instead of trying to facilitate a part-time position with a full-time need.

If you enjoy a pharmacy that is not dependable, hours vary week to week, and wasting hours of your time go here!
You’ll pull up to no line in the drive thru, and on the window is a bad scribbled note in green highlighter stating “drive through closed”.
You’ll go in another day around 2pm and the entire pharmacy is dark and closed.
I was so shocked today to hear that rite aid is claiming bankruptcy. The plan is to close the “under performing stores”, so there probably won’t be any left.
Anyway, they suck. The ladies are nice tho.

The only good thing about this store is the 2 women that are pharmacy technicians. They play with my prescriptions by taking days to fill them, the store is always dirty and Ive literally seen the old guy that works in the front do something to make a child cry. I have an agreement with my doctor to not use another pharmacy. I’m talking to her today and taking my stuff to Walgreens.
