7Went to get the Shingles Vaccine. Presented my insurance card to your staff she responded that this isn't insurance it's a discount card. I have Altrua HealthShare which is not a discount card it's a Christian HealthShare. When asked again if anything was covered she responded no it's a discount card. You should train your employees better so they don't embarrass customers they way this one did. Oh by the way upon calling Altrua the vaccine is covered.
Switching to RiteAid in Cleona Pennsylvania because they are a real pharmacy as opposed to Weis. Very friendly staff across the board
Stupid that the pharmacy has to be closed during certain times of the day, get more help or alternate your break times!
Lisa was wonderful and so was the other staff. I’m from out of state with scripts that have to be confirmed with my doctor at home, plus they’re workers comp paid. Lisa had them confirmed and filled within an hour. I also have an expensive inhaler to be filled that she called my home pharmacy to get the script and special order it. It was also done the same day and it’ll be here tomorrow. It’s hard to find an out of state pharmacy you can trust but this one has over-delivered. Thank you for excellent healthcare.
The website lets you schedule a tetanus shot, choose a timeframe, but when you drive all the way to the store they will tell you, "sorry we cant do it today please reschedule for a different day. "
I noticed a digital store coupon for receiving my booster shot. At checkout it did not work. The associate took the time to manually input the discount. She was extremely helpful and caring. This store appears to take customer service seriously.
The sign outside cleona store said walk ins welcome for flu shots. When my husband and I walked in today to get our shot we were told there was no availability for walk ins for weeks. Clerk at pharmacy was extremely short and rude and very unapologetic when I told her the sign outside the store said walk ins welcome. She just repeated that "we're all booked up, you'll have to go elsewhere" and walked away. Wow. I was polite but really didn't want to be. Terrible customer service. Never again
