I shop at this store regularly as well as some other Rite Aid stores. I always have a good experience!

This rite aid seems newly renovated. The parking lot is large and it is at the corner of a big intersection.
The inside is bright and very well stocked. It's a decently sized rite aid and they have a big pharmacy in the back of the store. The bathroom is locked and you need to ask for the key at the check out area.
The clerks were very friendly and helpful.
Good selection of feminine products and makeup.

The gentleman associate was very personable & friendly from when i walked in to when I left!

I called the store to ask if they had a particular safety razor in stock because i have seen recently in the store they only had one out and i didn’t want to waste time and money for gas to go there if they didn’t have it.the employee that answered the phone was very rude almost immediately.i began to tell them the item i needed and in mid sentence was cut off and placed on hold.when they answered again they still were short and unpleasant.i wasn’t even able to finish describing the item, a safety razor, which the person on the phone didn’t know what it was.i was cut off again mid sentence and placed on hold again.ultimately they did have the item but when i asked them to describe it, to make sure it’s the correct one, the person on the phone once again cut me off mid sentence and told me i have customers in line i do not have time for this and hung up on me! I never review things and if i do it’s to promote the business for good service.this may be the only bad i’ve ever posted because i’m shock at the sheer rudeness and deplorable customer service i received! I called around 1245, it was a woman that answered the call, i honestly believe the way the acted towards a customer that is trying to buy something is deplorable and that female employee should be FIRED and never work in customer at all because of their attitude and sheerly how blatantly rude they were!

This pharmacy team is the best in the area, always caring and take the time to answer your questions.
