Rite Aid, Cranberry Twp PA

If reviews could be -0, this pharmacy would score just that. Went tonight to pick up 2 scripts. Got there at 8: 20 to learn they had my husband as a new patient so therefore, nothing ready. No call to warn they couldn't fill one of the scripts without prior authorization. Really? Too hard to pick up the phone to call the patient or Dr.to pass along this crucial piece of information? The staff kept blaming me for showing up too late to the party when nothing could be done! SERIOUSLY? The script had been called in about 5 hours prior when they easily could've reached the physician or patient. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN. Now my husband gets to experience another sleepless night due to neck muscle spasms. What a way to enhance the COVID-19 EXPERIENCE, CVS.

Avoid this pharmacy if possible - I am sure your insurance will cover someplace else - Me and my son are prescribed by a licensing physical meds for ADD and they now are refusing to fill them because they don't agree with the dosage - EVEN tho the insurance fills it! They have been nothing but a pain in my *ss since we have both been diagnosed

The store is nice but the pharmacy staff is not good. There is ALWAYS an issue. If your insurance permits you to go anywhere else do not use this pharmacy.

Rude pharmacy staff! Hung up on me without any goodbye, irritated because I had questions about when my medication would be ready. Not professional at all.

They have an exceptional pharmacist who obviously cares (middle aged man with a slight limp), but I have not seen him lately. Their pharmacy service is good with the exception of one older woman who is a tech. She is useless and has a bad attitude. She would be right at home at Walmart pharmacy. The biggest issue with Rite Aid is their corporate purchasing. They are only concerned about price and purchase from companies such as Corepharma and Mallinckordt who are well known for using inferior filler products (the 90% of your medication which is not the active ingredient).

I love this place I go here to take a break from work because its right down the road and I can actually use my android pay here

Generally I never have any issues with any rite aid or any of their pharmacies but be prepared, if u have any questions & call this particular rite aid pharmacy, no one EVER answers the damn phone at this one! I ALWAYS have this issue at this pharmacy! Until I switched pharmacies, I had to call OTHER rite aid pharmacies to see if my scripts were ready!
