14I really love this Right Aid. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The employees are super friendly and welcoming. It’s a little annoying that certain items are locked but it’s understandable why that is. Overall I really like the store.
The negative reviews here are weird. In 20 years the ONLY negative note I'd have is their refusal to sell smokes to senior citizens who can't prove they're 18 (or 21 now). Friendly staff is great & knowledgeable & and their vaccine shots PAINLESS! (And if their lines are long they call in right away to get another register open!)

Prescription CHECKOUT needs a CHECKOUT for prescriptions only so we senior citizen with health conditions DO NOT have too stand in a long line with teenybopper buying a stick of gum!
PLEASE HAVE A LINE ONLY FOR PEOPLE TAKING OUT THEIR PRESCRIPTIONS!

after repreminding the young lady to wear a mask, she had the chutzpa responding *I RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SERVE YOU*!

Ps did document the confrontation with my lawyer who will file a complaint with RITE AID just in the case me as a seventy year old bommer should contract covid19!
As of today 07/23 employees still PRANCING around the store doing their chores *WITHOUT PROTECTIVE FACIAL MASKS* utterly IRRESPONSIBLE comes to a decent caring citizens mind!

Really love this Rite Aid. Everyone are so friendly. I was here a week ago with my family to get the pneumonia shot and we’re very please with the service provided by the staff. They took our temperature before the shots, and everyone was so patience and they take time to answered all questions that we had. Social distancing rules were followed and they even provide hand sanitizer for customers to use! Definitely referring friends and family to come here. Keep up with the great work guys!

Best Rite Aid pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacist went above and beyond to help me out. Called a different pharmacy, actually called my insurance company! I've never been treated with such consideration in my life. I wish my local Rite Aid would do half as much to please their customers.
Ok pharmacy after contracting stds from nasty restaurant staff. Use protection it could serve its purpose.
NOT GOOD FOR PICTURES. Went to get passport photos and paid $20 for two. Once I got to the office I realized both came out tinted dark yellow and were completely unprofessionally taken and adjusted.
Customer service is always top notch (IMHO). Sale prices are quite good and the store is spotless.
Don't call! You will never get a answer they pick up only to hang up on you. I swear they are the freaking worst
Very clean store. But very rude associates. No 1 asked if I needed help while browsing, an associate just stepped n front of me 2 grab a step latter with out saying excuse me. When checking out I purchased 3 items that came to $18. Associate "ny-ghetto" didnt even offer thr free discount card which saved me $12 on my purchase. Smh. Quality Customer service has gone out the window!
Pharmacist is always helpful. Other associates are generally friendly and helpful although sometimes distracted by their socializing with each other
So a cashier that I know I've seen numerous times tells me she has never seen me in that store and she remembers every face she's ever come across.additionally to which she happens to be unable to make a transaction I've done countless times at the same location.and if that wasn't enough she is a supervisor? ! How did she get to that position considering how rude and useless she is?
