Rite Aid, Philadelphia PA

I called to switch the prescription over to a different rite aid and the pharmacist who picked up the phone was so rude over the phone. There was no reason for him to do so. I asked very nicely and I’m sure it was going to take him less than 3 mins to switch the store. I do not recommend going to this rite aid pharmacy. There’s one three block down where the people are much nicer and polite.

Visit this Rite Aid on 07.04.20. The cashier must have been late coming in for her shift.
The manager steps out his office and begin screaming at the cashier for being late in front of customers waiting in line.
I politely told the manager, that his behavior was unprofessional, and he should have, waited til there were no customers in line or round to hear

Zero star. One casher at front and the rest of stuff sitting on phones in the back. Wonderful humans here in philly.

I’ve never had a negative experience at Rite Aid until today when I called this location and spoke with a man at the pharmacy about transferring my prescriptions. He was extremely rude, not helpful, and hung up on me. I’ve always been loyal to Rite Aid, but I will never use their pharmacy again.

People at the pharmacy are very rude, and have a bad attitude for no reason. Especially the one short girl who rolls her eyes every time she asks for your date of birth for your prescription.

All the woman at the pharmacy have been nothing but nice. The Asian man at the pharmacy is rude. Should not work there or in any job dealing with people. Insensitive

I went in to the pharmacy at this rite aid and it was the worst experience. The tech name Ben a Chinese guy was extremely rude to me. I told him I would let God deal with him. The girl was about to asks him a question concerning my medication order before she asked the question he said no and kept walking. He was her boss I guess but he is absolutely rude but mark what I say God will deal with him.

This place is crap, horrendous sense of urgency among the staff members when there are long lines. F.u. C.k. This place

Cool store! They had what i wanted the staff is very freindly! I loved this store but it could have been a litttle cleaner thats all

I have gone there multiple times to have a prescription filled that was sent to them electronically. When they even get the prescription, they tell me that they can't process my insurance and ask me to pay list price for the drugs. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Can't help but think they're just desperate for money, definitely avoid this place.

I usually just come here to get snacks "for the low" when I'm headed to the movie theater. The staff here is funny, and I like their service (when the right chicks are working) other than that yeah, the staff sucks and watch out for the security guard, he'll follow you around for no reason.

Really great pharmacy here and they go out of their way to help you with your medications, very professional and friendly as well. Especially Danielle.

The store is dirty and the cashiers are rude but if you keep being nice to them (even when they're rude) they usually lighten up. They just seem like they hate working there so badly.
