Rite Aid reviews
16My experience at Rite Aid Of North Philadelphia the store is clean and very new and the store is very organized the bathrooms are clean as well but my problems are the line was very long and kinda slow and the security guard was not very friendly and some of the employees are friendly but
The cashier in the front today was hella rude no eye contact and was on the phone on speaker the whole time talking ro sumone loud as ever and i was not greeted nor any type of eye contact from this cashier casher #11279170 8: 35pm
As a pharmacy, where people go to pick up prescriptions they desperately need, the owner and management of this Rite Aid should be ashamed. Only about half of the customers wear a mask and it is not enforced. The security guard was also not wearing a mask. Everyone should be alarmed and horrified by this failure to take the most bare minimum precautions to keep everyone safe.
The manager is very uninformed and lacks basic problem solving skills. I went in to receive money from western union with a valid work permit and was denied service because she wasn’t aware that that work permit is government issued ID!
It was a very disappointing experience, especially after providing info from the western union site, that work permit is actually legitimate. I also tried to provide other documentation for her to match the information but she only wanted an actual driver’s license. As a manager she should have been flexible and informed.
I wanted to return something. The lady cashier looked at me a weird way and told me she cannot return it. Even when I had my receipt and I bought it 3 days ago
Self checkout counters are convenient, but god forbid you need assistance with one. The one I used (there's three; I used the middle one initially) glitched out and started "scanning" more items than I was purchasing, so I attempted to void the transaction. This required assistance from the staff, which the automated voice stated out loud. The staff didn't even blink an eye or turn in my direction/acknowledge that I needed assistance. I waited for a little while, as it did look like a manager (?) was closing out someone's cash drawer and I hoped they would help me. NOPE. Closed their staff's drawer then walked RIGHT PAST ME without acknowledging anything. Another cashier hopped on a register and had the absolute nerve to say, "If you're paying with debit or credit, use self checkout. " How about you just do your job instead? When nobody moved from the line to use selfcheckout, the cashier said, "Really? NOBODY is using debit or credit? " and rolled her eyes in front of us all. Again, DO YOUR JOB. Not wanting to get back in line, I tried a different self checkout station which, thankfully, worked. But honestly, the attitude and professionalism of the staff here needs to change because the current environment is unacceptable and genuinely is making me consider going elsewhere, even if this is more convenient.
Lines are always long. There is no such thing as good customer service at this location. No one ever has the key to display case. You can never get cash back. The pharmacy is an even worse animal than the front end of the store. I could go on for days. They have the most unpleasant and unenthusiastic staff.
The pharmacy is pretty bad. I’ve had prescriptions sent here that seemingly disappear. They are not very efficient or helpful.
The cashier are very playful. I had to report this matter to the Manager. They have you get the product and instant of them doing there job.
You apparently have to play the geussing game with rite aid if you have a controlled substance because noone in the entire store can answer a yes or no question, "Do you have this medication today? " Ive been trying to get my medicine for weeks but I geuss ill have to switch pharmacies because it is just too dificult to get my medicine from this store.
My experience was overall good the cashiers are greatso are the managers everything that I needed I got and they help me get it very nice and well kept doing a good job Right Aid at Susquehanna keep it up
This Rite Aid is the worst store to be opened 24 hours! If you were in dire need of an item and it was a life or death situation then by all means go there, but if not save urself a trip! They're never stocked with the right things, and there's hardly any staff. When u ask a associate for help, they either don't know or give u attitude! Save yourself a trip!
If you use their pharmacy then good luck. They either never have medication in stock or they take forever with filling a prescription.
Not sure why this Rite Aid has bad reviews! I'm a student at Temple and this is an affordable place to get basic groceries, toiletries and fill prescriptions, plus the staff is all very friendly and helpful. The store has also always been clean when I've shopped here.
I hated this location.one of the ghetto chicks that work there gave me very bad attittude.they hardly ever have anything in stock.oh and bums stand out side and harass customers its very uncomfortable.
Prices are pretty high, at least on the food, not gougingly high, but higher than any grocery store. The store has always been clean, I've stopped in a few times just having to use the restroom and they've never said anything which makes it feel a lot more welcoming. The staff usually seems to acknowledge me when I enter as well. I wouldn't do my main shopping here, nor could I really, but if I just need to pick up like milk or a toothbrush I'll stop in.
